Thanks Brian. There was always faster guys than myself, but I did manage to win some 125 and 250A D16 races before I hung it up for the better part of my 20’s. We raced for fun and didn’t have the same opportunity as many. Could’ve absolutely done better with what I had, though. Tony is correct about our bikes. Aaron was on a completely stock bike. Mine has an exhaust and stiffer springs. I’ve raced outside of D16 four times before this year since starting in ‘91, so 10th is like a win for me. Appreciate you guys tuning...

I got you beat. In 1973 my first year racing MX I raced a 1958 BSA Goldstar 500 with right side shifting and then a 73 Suzuki TM250 on the same day. Was as different as you could get.

Post pandemic inflation has caused the prices of EVERTHING (for the most part) to go up, world wide, leaving less disposable income for hobbies like MX. I don't blame that necessarily on the manufacturers... what do they have to with the prices of your groceries going up. And lets not forget, its 2024, and alot of 25-30 year old guys have a $1200 smart phone in their pocket, pay for various streaming subscriptions, have an expensive gaming system at home, expensive pick up truck, weekends drinking with the boys, Onlyfans subscriptions (LOL) that guys like me didn't have 25 years...

The place I work is building a plant in Costa Rico. I should be going there several times once it is up an running. I will have to check this out.

Both my girls ride but my youngest is a real moto head! That girl just loves to be on her bike.
