Yes, that happened at the STL Supercross in March, he crushed his foot between the concrete wall of the over-under bridge. That was gory. Hoping he is fully recovered and has a good 13 season.

I'm not stating this as fact by any means, but i have always been under the impression his RMZ found a false neutral (which unfortunately happens on those bikes per thumpertalk forums). If that is the case, it certainly is a shame to almost lose his foot over a freak mechanical.

If I'm paying over $300 (and $549 is way over that), i want Italian made, not CHINA. One of my friends bought the Instinct boots, and also has already had problems with them.

Blake definitely uses different lines than the other 3 speedsters. Blake seems to carry tons of momentum and ride some pretty wide outside lines. He sure makes them work.

I am very interested how the 13's will handle with the steeper rake. I am seriously considering a 13 RMZ !

Interesting they steepened the rake 1 degree (from 30 deg 20' to 29 deg 20') which reduced the trail from 140mm to 130mm. Curious how the already razor sharp turning will be? I didn't see this detail when reading the features, but they listed it in the video on suzuki's website.
I second the Klim F-4 suggestion. I was amazed how much cooler I stay with that helmet. Anything above 85F, my Shoei stays on the shelf and I wear the Klim. It is amazing how much heat your head holds in, and that helmet vents so much better than any other helmet I have tried.

Ben, Thank you for the update. I got to meet you Friday nite, and you are a great representative for your sponsors. We were cheering for you Saturday nite, and you were on our mind as we left after the race. I'm very happy your injuries aren't worse. Heal up fully, and looking forward to seeing you back out there...

It sure looked like he was making some kind of unhappy gestures towards Dungey on both occasions. If he wasn't giving him the bird, what was he doing, just shaking his fist at him? Either way it wasn't good for his image.
