I've been convinced and waiting for Friese's own approach to racing to eventually take him out of the sport. I figured it would come in the form of getting rides on lesser prominent and less funded teams and eventually end in no ride for him.
Sort of just deserts for the way he races.
So is his move to Slaton racing a step towards not being on the gate anymore or a lateral move?

what ??
at least someone picked him up, lots of guys with no rides. he is essentially jlaw without a championship, and everyone around here seems to love him
I am honestly hoping for the day this guy gets a lifeling pro racing ban.
I personally like him, mostly because the guys on this site hate him.
The Shop
On the Freise thing.....I don't want to see any professional racer get banned. Not even him......even though I completely disagree with his approach to racing.....AND.....since I really dig Lieb and Pieck. He was always inside the top 15-20 in SX and nationals....so you can't deny the guy has speed.....but now days.....that barley gets you any help. I think for his results.....he didn't deserve to be on MC.....so I think they made the right move.
Besides.....the bad press MC had to of gotten from Friese being on the team ( from here anyways ).....probably had to get to Genova a little bit.
For the new team, that is.
Plus JLaw and RV was a 1 to 1 problem. With Vinny it's a 1 to everyone else problem.
I don't like J-Law by any means, but don't put him anywhere near the same category as a scumbag like Friese.
Your way makes it sound like Vince will pay a team $150k so he has a ride
but i still disagree.
Pit Row
So am I to surmise that Vince Friese' parents are still footing the bill for him to be able to get on a team and be taken care of?
Just think of all the guys that want to take him out and then watch him, it's entertaining. Maybe it's good to have a villain in the sport, kinda like Tyler Evans.
He might catch in on the track in the form of a dirt sample.....Or you never know someone might have a run in with him off the track and put him in his place.
It does baffle me how some ppl are the devil for pulling questionable things while others just get swept under the rug like it never happened
