Yes you could say it was a racing incident sure but it was a racing incident that could've easily been avoided with a little more racing etiquette towards your fellow competitors.. So if it was a stand alone incident you might let it go but when it involves a rider that's made it quite clear he doesn't give a fuck about his fellow competitors you might say something.. I went to Daytona for the 22 Supercross race. Had a great time. Viewing was really good anywhere in the stadium. Concession lines inside were long as not everything was open. Pit access was great, and it was cool to see the bikes in the car garages. The only negative, and this will stop me going back was the traffic getting out of there. Ive enjoyed general admission. If you get in early, you can head trackside and pay another 20 to get trackside access. While the stands are pretty decent from anywhere, there's something about being 30' from the track as they come by. Then at the end of the race they have been letting people jump the fence n be on the track after the 450 main.

If money is no option, some nice high seats in the middle of the grandstand are the best overall viewing experience. Just watch to make sure you don't get stuck right behind the flagstand where you can't see the start straight or something goofy. Add a trackside pass to that so you can go stand down on the track to watch as long as your ankles can take it (banking is serious, and it gets absolutely packed down there). Pits are open all throughout practice until the night show starts like the other supercross events. Overall it's a great event...

According to the local ABC affiliate in Tampa it should clear out by the night show. However, the day time program looks like its going to be a mess. Correct. They know ahead of time and have adjusted their race strategies accordingly. Get a good start and race til the checkers fall. Positions and titles assigned accordingly. Forget all the what if’s, It’s called racing. This one changed a little due to Mother Nature, but a race is still going to happen, checkers will fall and a champion will be crowned. I’ll be there and if I get too hot I’ll go watch in the car with the a/c on for a bit.
