Refurbished my 06 YZ250 and bit the bullet to update one thing that's ALWAYS bugged me...since radiator shrouds don't cover the tank, graphics will not stay on the tank and also gives bike a dated look . Carbon fiber tank along with 4 stroke shrouds fixed that! Few other updates... - 9 oz FW weight (so far, fav motor update) - DEP pipe and PC silencer - Vforce V3 reed cage (can't tell any difference) - Stiffer clutch springs - ASV levers - Tusk wheel set (holding up great, haven't needed to tighten spokes after half dozen rides) - Larger...

I don't think the MXON is exactly the best race to measure these two up against each other. Like Macbeth said it's a team race and the greatest pressure is on team USA to not lose on their home track and Tomac may need to ride smart/conservatively to not throw it away for the team. My opinion however is Herlings is confident and on top of his game and there is no other rider on this planet at his level including Tomac. I just hope the best for Tomac and Team USA to take the win!

IMO- There is more pressure on Tomac being that it’s on his home turf.. no one wants to get beat on their home turf. Herlings traveling across the pond has an excuse should he get beat ( new track, time difference, far away from home.. etc..).

Lol the motor goes for 15 by itself online, noone thought seventies elsinores would be collector items either, and according to Google the 01 is the best year. I have one. I prefer my 02. And yes when new bikes pass 15000 a perfect clean early 2000s Honda will have ridiculous values. I'll be hanging on to both of mine in the mean time .....

No they’re not, I love mine, and I’m no slouch on a bike either and I weigh lot. 35 hours and not one single issue, I have suspension revalved and sprung, lowering link, pipe, bunch cosmetic stuff, just had intake cam gear moved give me little more response it worked. This winter I’ll do a high comp piston and probably have head ported. But it handles great, smooth, reliable, good brakes, I’ve ridden a new ktm and don’t see the hype.

After being on multiple different 450s over the last 7-8 years, from Honda to Suzuki to Ktm and back to Honda again. I felt something was missing.. the fun of riding and racing wasn't the same. So I went out and got myself a 2018 KTM 250sx

I rode a friends one a few weeks back and I was convinced. Took the new bike out for a 'run in' ride on the weekend and after about 30min of trying to take it easy on the new girl I couldn't help but crack the throttle open! What a machine. Love...

Not to drag up last years drama, and I don't remember the exact dates, but it's ridiculous how ridiculed he got for skipping MXDN last year. It was one of those scenarios where Indiana is one weekend (just won first MX title), the following weekend is the USGP, then you leave to Europe on Monday and do press all week until the MXDN (biggest race of the year), then you fly home and immediately do press all day as the MEC defending champion and race on Saturday, then it's immediately into SX testing and training. Let's be real here... Pastrana is a pro and won't be wearing a cape, Sipes will be normal and Albertson won't have a sawed off and visorless helmet, the ""I eat ass" sticker won't be there either. 2 strokes will be doing much of the talking.Gonna be fun and the biggest stage could use a shake up.

Hi guys, Spark of life into my vitalmx as positive feedback from my last post as had bike problems. But thought I'd share my lastest escapade. I just recently broke my back t3 fracture, t4 compression t5 compression fractures. As scary as it sounds it has actually been fairly ok to get on with, each day is getting better even at nearly 7weeks into doing it.
