UPDATE I did ended up getting my shoulder repaired. I had it repaired 10 days ago. The MRI actually looked different than what the doctor found. The bone did not have the tendon ripped away, the tendon was ripped in half itself away from the joint. So it was a little different than a normal rotator cuff repair. Mush quicker surgery. So far I feel good not much pain, not what they had warned me about at least. Hopefully things stay that way. I do have PT twice a week which is them moving my shoulder for me. I do...

1. Cardio. Do at least 3 - 30+ minutes sessions of cardio (running, biking,rowing, etc) with your heartrate elevated around 70-80% of max 2. strength training - do 3-4 sessions of strength training. does need to be brutal or heavy. body weight is fine. pushups, crunches, planks, pull-ups, etc. 3. stretching - can be static or more active like yoga but stretch. biggest thing is consistency. more so then killing any one workout.

I have a 2020 150 sx and I will tell you, don't try to jet it until you replace the jet block gasket. After that the jetting chart in the owners book will get you very close. The 150 sx loves a 500 or larger main jet below 80 deg F. I sold my 450 and this is my only bike now. I race the 40+ and 50+ and can beat anyone I could beat when I was on on the 450 it just takes a little more effort but it's more rewarding. This may be a little controversial...

Good to see Feld reverse the coasts back to more or less the original schedule. This should simplify things for the smaller teams that had plans in place already.

To be honest, I don’t have a clue where all this shit talking on Vohland is coming from. The kid is plenty fast, has incredible form, and a strong foundation to build a career on. Ian and Roger saw enough in Max that they brought back the first factory KTM 250F in years specifically for him. But yea, y’all definitely know better...the fact someone actually hopes Max gets the flu so a Canadian can take his spot and make KTM look better? GTFO, some people never cease to amaze me
