10/2/2026 1:00pm Impossible for anyone. No one is putting on 7lbs of muscle in two weeks. Especially a professional athlete that is already in a regular strength program and fit. Assume Degz weighs 150lbs. That would amount to a 5% increase. Not in weight. In lean muscle mass. Not going to happen. For what it is worth here is what Google says...

9/23/2026 9:40am My Garmin running watch has an auto start stop mode so the stopwatch only runs while you are moving. So that is an easy way to keep track.

8/19/2026 1:52pm I skipped this year too. Part of that is because both my bikes are kick start. And with a dead engine start I was not looking forward to being last going into the first turn. But I am sure I will regret not going in hindsight. Maybe next year

As a race spectacle it’s every bit as good as US Pro Motocross. Some of the tracks are a bit dodgy but the best are up there with the best tracks in the US. Generally the tracks are a bit narrower and slightly more technical and lower speed than the US. TV coverage is excellent, Paul Malin is streets ahead of the US commentators and the producers are quick to show overtakes and crashes that were missed by the main feed. 250 racing is great - Sacha is fastest on his day and without crashes but the field is deep...
