8/20/2021 11:04am He surprised me this morning by having this 2022 YZ250 shipped to my house. I’ve never gotten a free bike before. Just loaners I had to buy/sell/give back at the end of the season/year. Pretty cool of him.

4/24/2021 11:20am Man the whole e-start/ Kickstarter thing is an embarrassment to the sport. We’ve become so entitled, needy and soft. Whatever happened to ride what ya brung, days in the dirt with your mates? Washing the dust off your teeth with a cold beer in the arvo while you all laugh about squirrelly moments in the preceding hours. Don’t remember a Kickstarter ever ruining those days. Whatever happened to riding for fun?! I know it’s different in serious racing ranks, but anyone that questions the competitiveness of the RMZ 450 only needs to watch the start of a current SX- anyone...

4/22/2021 10:55am The funny thing about Suzuki is.... their bikes are plenty good enough for the majority of riders out there. There are very few that can ride any of these bikes to their full potential. But if buying a KTM, Honda or whatever makes you feel better about yourself... good for you. It's your money, spend it as you see fit...don't knock others for their choice. (BTW - I've always been a YZ guy....but if I were in the market for an MX bike....I'd find myself in a Zook dealership.) It never ceases to amaze me how supposed "fans" of this...

4/11/2021 11:48pm Tony Lazier, Are you still on here..? I have this bike that I need to sell if you know anyone looking. This is a 2003 250SX Factory bike. This is the bike that was raced by John Dowd at the 2003 Southwick National. He finished 2nd behind Ricky Carmichael. The bike was pressure washed, had new tires and chain fitted, and signed by John Dowd. Then it was given to a Parts Unlimited sales rep. I bought it from him. I have the MSO for it, and photos and documentation. KTM Racing motor. Pro Circuit pipe. Factory Connection suspension. Renthal...

LungButter Liked a forum topic How much weight does Titanium Hardware save? Very cool lightweight build here.
3/25/2021 1:00pm We seem to discuss this on here about 6 times a year so I thought guys would find this cool. This is a legit lightweight build with very specific weight savings documented, if you've ever wondered how much you could save by going with Titanium it's worth checking out. He's also used some other pretty cool (and free/cheap) weight saving ideas. 3/25/2021 12:58pm 2-strokes. Or 250F only. Regional has to have stock engines, premier class allows modified engines. Save the 450’s for outdoors...or don’t, and use the same stock/mod as SX.

3/25/2021 12:57pm Every single person involved with building the tracks knows these things. They even have 50+ proven track designs that produced great racing in the past to copy. They won't do it. Sounds like its time for a new track building crew.

3/25/2021 12:56pm Surprised Tomac didn't say anything about the constant track grooming? Supercross tracks used to break-down so much that doing the triple every lap was almost impossible. When you "dumb it down", everyone goes the same speed, and timed practice creates one-lined tracks.

3/19/2021 12:50am She's got that girl next door thing going. Totally cute without the fake/trying too hard to be sexy you see all too often these days. Saw her up close at San Diego SX last year...she is truly a knockout. From what I've seen, she also seems like a genuinely good person (same goes for Marv). They are an awesome couple. Marv...you done well!

3/14/2021 5:02am I'm really saddened to hear that Murray Walker has died at the age of 97. He was a voice that many of us grew up listening to, both in Formula 1 racing as well as in his role as commentator for BBC's coverage of motocross. I met Murray many times and he was a very nice man. He was also the consummate professional, arriving at the track really early in the morning and, I believe, going round to meet every single rider to prepare his notes for the forthcoming racing. I remember racing at Canada heights one year. In the...

3/11/2021 9:36pm You knew what he was doing, but it still seemed like magic. Everyone stopped watching the race, at least everyone around us, and they were all watching James and waiting just for that magic trick and every time, you'd hear the crowd roar. They were only watching him. He owned the spotlight.

3/7/2021 5:07am The Dudes Of Hazard is a funny mtb series. I'm not sure if it's still out there, but The Atherton Diaries (I think it was called) was another good one. If you can watch some of the Rob Warner vids from when he was doing behind the scene stuff at the mtb dh world cup races - absolutely hilarious!
