Go to your local bearing shop and get proper bearings for the swap. It will be cheaper than paying a machine shop to make you a sleeve.

Yes and no. They will fit. It just depends on how custom you want to be. You'll need new custom made spacers and bearings to fit your swingarm and axles. As it sits now, no it will not fit. If it's a super good deal, buy them and lace your old hubs to it.
