Boy, there are some major ego struggles going on in here.

Why does BDB always end up fighting for his life in every thread he creates? 😂

Good post, lengthy but good. I sure hope we have more than a 1-2 dog fight toward the end as well. That seems to be the gist of the post and I agree. I’m personally rooting for Eli but I think Jett is the best I’ve ever watched race in person. Perfect season, no. Champ more than likely. I find it funny that guys with the attention span of a child feel like they need to comment and or give this thread a thumbs down. My opinion, if you can’t read through the entire post then you should probably refrain...

Chase’s ball’s probably put 2 dents in the top of his scull and he’s taking 5 octaves higher, I don’t blame him for giving up after that hit.

So every crash is the same then? That’s so idiotic. We’ve seen guys wreck their ACL by barely touching the ground with their foot in a turn, and then Chad Reed gets ejected like rocket man and get back on and finish. Just dumb

Bro faced a rhythm so hard i can’t believe he rode away from it and yall are saying he “just quit”. I genuinely think Chase doesn’t enjoy racing or riding dirtbikes and is burnt out, which may lead to a lot of things he does BUT pulling off last night was not something I have any judgement about

That was an absolute brutal hit. OP needs to get off the crack pipe

Did you not see how hard he cased it? That shit would have fucking hurt like hell. His entire body came to a sudden stop by either overshooting a triple by a lot or coming up short on a quad. Hard to say what he was going for with that. He atleast made an effort to keep riding after it. But after the jolt his body had, he was probably getting bursts of pain with every bump and jump he hit.

Everyone’s a tough guy when it’s someone else’s body…

I believe that in order to reach the absolute top of any field, motorsports in particular, one must be supremely confident, bordering on arrogant. There’s no other way to convince your brain’s self-preservation department that going that fast on your chosen form of track is reasonable. That said, I have always favored the “walk softly and carry a big stick” personality of letting your riding/driving do the talking. I don’t like openly arrogant people, regardless of what they do.

Cripes, the bloke got 5th, after a 'bad' night for him, in what so many of you regard as The Greatest Series On Earth, and by that, is now leading the series, yet many here are putting s**t on him? I'll never understand some of you. 🙄 Great to see Roczen winning. Hunta? - s**t happens, especially in SX - I just hope he's not banged up - that was quite a slam into the ground.

I watched him close at the end of the race. Once Webb started showing him a wheel after catching him from way back in the pack something changed. Tomac really turned it up on the last 2 laps and was the fastest guy on the track. Should not have got passed by Justin Cooper earlier but almost caught him back at the end. Expect him to be disgusted with this result and motivated.

Farres got kicked out by Star hours after breaking his arm in a complicated way, after a crash that was a freak accident. They did keep Trasher and a few others over him, while I think (with all respect to the other riders in that team) that Farres has a way higher ceiling then most of them. Then he broke his leg due to a bike malfunction on the Husky. KTM group was tight with their budget and the other riders still had years on their contract. He had a few good options in the US (which is cool because...

How in the world do you know farres or vialle wouldn't be top 5 in the US? I'd say Farres is better than Marchbanks who was 3rd in points, but who knows. Hampshire was 5th in 450 points (30 pts short of 3rd) and has never beaten Tom in points in any championship indoors or out. Not even in Tom's rookie season

Heal up soon champ. Really wanted to see you attack Daytona SX with your skills and style, I think it was somewhere that first elusive win could have happened.

So a podium, x2 fastest qualifier and x4 heat race wins doesn’t mean nothing for u? Yeah maybe the problem is your iQ and not the rider…

That red light needs to be much bigger and more noticeable!! I don’t think guys jump because they’re breaking the rules, intentionally. I think they break the rules most of the time because they don’t see the damn light.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I am sorry I've only got one downvote to give for this post. Roadblock? Defending his position, racing for the win. Hunter need to take it - he did - not have it yielded to him.

I was disappointed that Kenny was so passive with Hunter. He had numerous opportunities to repay the favor from last week and he just played nice. Get mean son!

What did you want him to do? Waive them by? If Kenny's slower, then those behind need to find a way to get by. It's not like he was doing anything sketchy to hold people behind him. I say good job fighting for it, Kenny.
