He doesn't sound overly disappointed in his post race interview with Lewis honestly. He basically says he lost a lot last year and still needs to learn/regain his confidence and the feel he once had. He literally says Iv'e lost a lot of pace/speed but is positive about getting better as the year goes on. To me it sounds like he's switching away from 'I wanna be champ this year' and more into 'OK Iv'e got some work to do but am going to stay positive'.

Thomas Kjer Olsen a constant top 2-3 mx2 rider, also a couple wins under his name. Top 9th in his MXGP rookie season in 2021, had a horrific crash in Kegums in 2022, suffered a head injury and a broken back if I remember correctly, was put into a coma aswell. That was his last race sadly.

His 2023 season was pretty much as you described, 100%. His 2024 season though? Didn't really matter where he started, he just blew by everyone most of the weekends (considering he had a bad start which didn't happen too often lol). Also his 250 title in 2019 is stil the most ridiculous thing I've watched in MXGP other than what Herlings did. Holeshot every single race and be gone after the first corner, everyone just lined up for 2nd place and they knew it. I think that's why people think he can only win when he holeshots but he also...

Jett is my favorite rider but.... Prado is on equipment that is familiar with him. He's an amazing starter and will be up front early damn near every moto. Hunter is an amazing starter as well and I'm sure will be better this year. I'd say this year it'll be between both of them. Deegans first year. Has to learn how to manhandle that 450 for both motos. Also wouldn't be shocked if he wins either.

Prado with his good starts will be up there for sure. Holeshot game is insane.

Prado. Risky pick cuz he could be 15th or 1st, but I think the chip on his shoulder is pretty serious.

It's as clear as day Prado is a vastly more talented rider than Cooper Webb. Just look at them ride. It's only a matter of time before Prado puts his superior speed together more often and for the whole race in SX. Webb knows this which is why he's crying about it...

9th after sitting out 3 races and 3 points penalty after sound test. Could easily have been behind Chase. Don`t know why you`re mentioning AP when Prado beat him in 6 of 7 races this season.
