I interviewed Roger Harvey of HRC a few weeks ago and he said the deal with Vialle was done very early, i didnt push him on the Gajser split as it wasnt the right place to do it, but he said that the chance to finally get JH was something they were really happy with, and they had almost had him once before. Both guys needed a change IMO , and its great to see them both able to take race wins against a fully fit field. Its going to be a long month.

Look at what DJI did with their amflow/Avinox system in the emtb world, basically took over the market in 2 years.

Here in the US I started watching the MXGP races in earnest. They are really good and Malin is awesome. The camera work is way better than the US Nationals as well for the most part. The entire screen is used and no tiny split screens for half the fucking race. And no screech, no RC babbling, no side stories during the racing! Watching Herlings go into full turbo mode the last 7 minutes of moto 1 was simply astounding.

The real irony, is that they’ll be just as fast on the rebuild as the latest and greatest.

What a great GP. Herlings still has what it takes, really pleased to see TG243 back on the podium. I hope someone can get their hand i their pocket and get Herlings over for Lyng British Championship. That first Moto from Herlings was sublime, Febvre is watching the gap to Gajser, and Herlings pulls 15 secs back on them.

Early in that race when Herlings was outside the top 10 and Coenen was up front I was thinking it's sad to see Herlings out of his prime and being beaten by a younger rider after so many injuries and aging, then later in the race Coenen is outside the top 10 and we see classic Herlings drop 5 seconds off his lap time like it's nothing. He's still got it. The racing is so much better and so exciting when you have someone who can do things like that.

Oriol Oliver did impressive too, 8 place for a private and mxgp rookie. Herlings is just an animal. Amazing race!

Revvin and Landen? Do they have another brother called Brakin or Jumpen?

Gutted not having Eli line up. Hoping for no more injuries in for the rest of the boys! 🤞

I just hope the dood keeps it on 2 wheels so he can absolutely send it during the nats... although, he looks fantastic indoors and should be a legit 450 sx title threat in coming years...

Congrats Julius Mikula to his best performance of life. I expected he gets better but on deep Sardinia sand...
