Damn what a comeback. Best I've seen in this sport.

Imagine walking away from a multi million dollar contract, switching teams for next to no pay and ending up making a million bucks plus bonus in a single month. Sometimes betting on yourself works out

He was limping pretty badly on the post race show, and put ice on his wrist. Hopefully those are just minor stingers and not something more serious.

I suppose a lot will depend on how he gets along with the new bike.

True. KTM is historically bad at getting all new models dialed in the first year and Prado is a fussy mofo. He had a horrendous time in MXGP setting up the current frame.

Not a Prado fan here. I can't stand him blaming the bike, and other racers, and the track, and anything else but himself.

But I am a fan of his consistent improvement and results. Good to see.

I’m not ready to go that far yet, but I will say that with Farres winning the 250 championship today, Prado really coming on, and Fernandez riding well, Spain has to be the favorite for des Nations.

Spain won this SMX event, the MX2 title and the WMX title with Daniela Guillen all within 24h. Not a bad weekend for Spanish MX

Fernández out for MXon (injury), replaced by Francisco García
