Progress in the build has slowed a little. Primarily because I’m almost done! Just finishing up the details (chain, safety wire, skid plate mod, and the big detail - hydraulic clutch case fab work). Decided to get a RaceTech titanium axle and nut. The stock one was just looking beat and I think this build needed it 😂 Still waiting on a couple cool bits that should be arriving in the mail soon. At that point, the assembly of the bike will be completely done.

Back to the HRC hydraulic clutch... 24mm (missing a rubber seal) and 27mm slave units side by side Here is a picture showing the reason the cases have to be machined down to fit the slave cylinder. Just not enough room for the titanium banjo nut. The 2017-2020 HRC 450's don't have this issue. Clutch hydraulic line with attachment point for pressure sensor used for data collection. And HRC front sprocket guard. The sprocket guard was first used on the 2017 HRC Honda's but fits my 2016. Just like everything HRC, it's beautifully made. Machined from...

Well she's almost done. Since last update I've mounted the tires (MX33). Still need to install chain which will require removing about three link I believe. I also installed the Cycra skidplate. Will go into more detail about the plate and how I plan to make it look like the factory Honda plate, later. Besides that a couple more little details need to be taken care of... But I just wanted share a picture of how she looks right now (and yes... I'm building this in a bedroom. The spare room. No way am I going to sweat in a...

According to this pic, at the bottom next to the judder there is a narrower disk so that the judder (5) can enter inside, but another disk appears (6) different of the ultimate(7), its necesary put another 6 with 7 in the final of the package?.

I'm not sure if yours is different than my son's KX65, but I removed the wide "auto disk" and replaced it with 3 extra Rekluse metals and 2 stock fibers(I believe that was the amount) and it went back to a full manual clutch. It was explained in my Rekluse manual along with the part #'s for the extra plates.

Hi, I am the owner of a CRF 450 2017 with automatic rekluse clutch, does anyone know if only by removing the wide disc and keeping the pressure plate, the clutch will return to manual, or should I change the pressure plate for the specific one for manual? Thank you.

Some mods made during the setup, I was able to mount the carbon disc protector, radiator guards, change the swingarm stickers, also adding a little touch to my hubs.

Very nice! Now that my RC250M build is about finished, your build may inspire me to go back and do some more on my CR450 which already has quite a few HRC parts on it. I love the CNC billet housing on the steering damper. The CRT CF parts quality is decent and quick to ship parts. CRM is better but almost impossible to reach and get parts unless you are an MXGP team. The actual HRC carbon fiber tanks were made by a big auto design company in the Czech Republic. It was difficult but I tracked them down...

While I wait for my parts to arrive, so I can do some actual "building", I figure I'll post more HRC awesomeness. HRC billet steering damper. 24mm piston size. Haven’t taken it apart yet to see what the changes are from OEM. Obviously it's designed for easier rebuilding than the OEM.

HRC kickstarter knuckle machined from billet titanium. Just a cool little piece of perfection 👌🏻👍

On the rear hub I'm using titanium bolts and I think blue aluminum nuts on the sprocket side (on the HRC hubs the brake disc bolts screw into the hub without the use of nuts). What do you think?
