hello, I introduce myself I am Javier from Spain, I will be commenting on my project of crf450 factory in which I am working, starting from the base of a crf 450 rx redmoto special, which I have transformed to run mx.

The motorcycle is equipped with xtrig, rekluse automatic clutch, wheels with kite hubs, inntek radiator sleeves, then it has been equipped with a carbon tank from cmtcompositi.

They have changed the gray chassis protections that came standard with black ones from vibbram that I think fit better.

Thinking about an exhaust system, I couldn't think of a better option than a stainless steel yoshimura, since the titaneo was too expensive.
interestingly, the complete exhaust is heavier than the oem system of termignoni

also change the engine mounts uppers of workchasislab and put ti bolts new.
It is incredible how the behavior of the bike changes, now it is easier to turn it.

Many parts were shipped to be treated with cerakote, such as full brakes, ignition cover and clutch casing, it has also been kiln painted rear shock absorber, spring, anodizing of shock absorber parts and stem tin treatment.

Due to the confinement that we have in Spain I cannot make any more changes to the motorcycle, I have to mount the carbon disc cover that I already showed you, and the pro taper perch clutch. In the future, I will also anodize the fork and dropouts and make a tin coating on the tubes.
I will also mount the zeta linkage which can modify the length of the motorcycle.

This is the actual state of the bike. I forgot to mention that it has a titanium foot peg, a metal sprocket cover, twin air radiator grilles and more titanium bolts.

I am going to think about what to do with the battery holder, I have seen that in 2020 it is different and lower, or there is also the option of the cmt carbon support, or really make my own support manually with carbon, it will not be so professional but it can be useful.

Es uno especial, necesita la sustitucion de la bateria por una nueva mas estrecha de litio ylp07. El soporte son 120+envio y la bateria ronda los 90 euros.

despues de comprar las tijas ando escaso de presupuesto,tendre que comprar el soporte original del 2020.gracias por la informacion jerbert

yo lo valore, pero el soporte de plastico 2020 son sobre 60 euros y para que solo este unos mm mas bajo, nose si merece la pena la inversion, alomejor es mejor que te esperes e inviertas el dinero de verdad, este de ry carbon es para bateria mas pequeña y tienes el de cmt para la bateria estandar en carbono tambien.

Some mods made during the setup, I was able to mount the carbon disc protector, radiator guards, change the swingarm stickers, also adding a little touch to my hubs.
