Ive had cone valves etc on my ktm but this past 2 months bought a new 19kx450f put 10hours on it with stock suspension. Then sent it away to have revalved. i gave the tuner feedback on what the stock stuff was doing. When i got it back ive never noticed such a big difference from stock to setup stuff...

I just replaced my oem chain and sprockets at 18 hours but my chain guides top and bottom still have plenty of life? I only replaced the lower chain roller because it was pretty worn. maybe different track conditions and riding styles?

The most frustrating part is the kid has really good technique and is a very smooth rider.

Did u change the shock at all? Id imagine your stock shock setup would be to soft for the new fork setup? I rode mine bone stock at a rough sand track. Could not get on top of the sand. Bike was just getting sucked down. Way too soft.

Alot of people wont know this but Jett Lawrence will only be on his amsoil bike not a factory geico bike. Those amsoil bikes are really close to stock. They run production suspension, stock clamps etc. If jett could get a top 10 on that bike thats huge. Shimoda will be fully factory so i think he will do better

Yeah man, he went 1-1 at Assen. He had only been on a 250f for 12 months. Pretty crazy. Yeah i watched those vids. Its hard to say cause i think jett’s amsoil bike is probably alot slower then hunter factory geico. They dont run akit or anything on there amsoil bikes. I hope he does the last 3 rounds...

Hes probably better then hunter at assen. I would send jett on a 250. Hunter and beaton/evans on a 450 but jett will get overlooked which sucks. People dont realise how good jett is. He has throttle control they you can’t teach. He natural ability is amazing.

yeah watched every race. He was never on the best equipment (apparently) in europe, (slow factory suzuki and privateer 114 team). So i thought him being on a factory geico bike he would be consistently doing better especially in sand..
