Just like 15 years old Simon Längenfelder, who will ride for Team Germany in Assen!

Not taking anything away from Regan and his Manjimup win BUT don’t get carried away...it was just 8 laps not 30 mins + 2 laps x 2. He is definitely on his way to stardom for sure. With Webster who is, in my opinion, the best sand rider in Aust. AND Ferris, our very best ... the team is very solid

Will be good to see how they both handle the pressure. Duffy is faster but how they rank in the end will be more of an indication of how they deal with the big stage

We will remember his name. Come on man... Seriously, Ryan Dungey is retired.... He isn't coming back. Smile

It might not be as crazy choice as it looks like on the first glance. This can work out. The german MX2 pick with throwing 15yo (not exactly Herlings level of prodigy) from 125s on 250 4stroke into a ocean of sand in Assen for twice the 40 mins is weird.

The Germans don’t have that many options. Unfortunately the German federation doesn’t give a shit about motocross and the development of future talent

Very dissapointed for Mitch Evans..I see he qualified 5th in China, so perhaps he's feeling a bit better..I guess he didn't think he could put in his best ride for the team after all the big hits this year.
On the other hand it is fantastic to see an amazing your rider like Duffy get the spot...I bet he turns some heads and maybe gets an offer for Europe for 2020..

Yeah this is true but I think long term, were better off putting Duffy in, so he can get noticed and get a ride. Really hoping he doesn’t stay in Australia another year. He will just begin to plateau. If you want to be the best, you need to be tested constantly in these forming years

I don't think a year in mx2 Aus will do him any harm. Be a good stepping stone with a full season amongst the seasoned campaigners.

I heard that he was actually offered a MX2 ride for Europe for next year but turned it down to develop for another season locally.

One downer for Duffy is that last weekend at a West Australian State Championship Round in Manjimup (he won MX1 and MX2 easily again), a good friend of his was very badly injured. He is touch and go right now so that might weigh on his mind - anyone could hardly blame him.

Prayers for Rhys Burnett.

So Sad he passed away. Thoughts with all the moto family. We had another guy in critical condition with head injury on Sunday.

That's dam sad. Thoughts and feels out to the whole Burnett family and also to the family of the other critically injured rider.

Yeah I wouldn’t call Manjimup sand either. It has a gnarly sand section, but Coolum is more sandy than Manjimup. Either way, duffy is a great pick for the team

Nah it'll be Wilson Todd possibly, there are rumours it'll be 2 Aussies on that team

Duffy will put in a good showing. A rider that is going to shock people is max purvis from NZ, Was absolutely flying at Coolum. If he can keep it upright he definitely has the speed to turn heads

Nice bit of insight, it’s a shame they aren’t getting there earlier though.
Kyle Webster is over there riding Mitch Evans 250 114 motosports and HRC are helping him with testing and setting up
