A rider with a supercross championship, 17 supercross wins and 23 podiums coming into a season on a new bike that many have been critical of, they’re going to get looked at. Now when they come into that new season and only have 1 podium (the win) so far, it’s going to raise a bunch of questions. If the only thing Chase changed is teams, it’s pretty obvious it’s the bike. It’s not just us, there have been a few media guys questioning if this is the right move.

I think at this point, there would be arguments about the size and placement of the button. It isnt that he isnt winning, its how far off he is when he isnt. Hunter Lawrence isnt winning, and never has.

Interesting. I definitely see where you're coming from, and do agree that the timetable of finding success with that team is past this year alone if it comes. If Chase has incompatibility with that many bikes and Kawasaki only fits a certain type of rider I think that says something about both of them right now that might be worth examining lol. Kawi just needs a mentally stable rider at this point lmao. Chase hasn’t been comfortable on any bike yet and has been pretty vocal about his dislikes on every machine. Prado, I mean we don’t even need to beat that horse anymore. Prado looks amazing now, but the guy also spent his entire professional career on Austrian bikes, so him not gelling with the kawi and not even trying to get there makes sense. I’m not independently wealthy, so my perspective might be different than yours. If I had the opportunity to do something for three years that would allow me to never have to think about money for the rest of my life, I wouldn’t walk away from it.

Looks to me like it won't hurt anything as long as the screw didn't go into the bearing and damage one of the balls or the race, and it looks like it did not, so you should be good

Chase is 100% right, Feld does view it like a business and really don’t care a whole lot about the riders. At their core they are a circus company and this is what they think SX is. Is Monster Jam a real sport/competition…. no. Maybe one day they’ll turn it into a MJ kind of thing. If they can make more money doing that, what do you think will happen? And MX Sports will be right there with them!

I take it you have never been to an NHRA event. They make it super easy for fans to get up close and personal with the drivers, much more so than mx/sx.
