This thing drives me insane, how the eff do I get it to fit!? I tried heating the caliper, which helps a bit but its a pain in the butt honestly, fighting for 2 hours now 😡😡😡😡 all balls seal btw for a yz caliper
Lube w brake fluid and push it in all the way in it will fall into the groove
Freeze it, lube it and feed it in there. Or go buy an OE seal. I've been screwed by All Balls over Husky fork seals.
Looks like you have some corrosion build up in the bore of the caliper and I'm assuming it's probably worse in the bore for the seals. Make sure all the corrosion is cleaned out before trying to put the seals in and make sure the piston moves freely in the bore without seals as well
