Joey has kind of had a rep as a diva in the past, hasn't he? Seems like Kawasaki had their fill. When there are premium riders available to fill open factory team slots, I would imagine they are filled the quickest with riders that are not only skilled & fast, but are also easy to get along with and represent the team well. Maybe a little humility would go a long way toward getting on a good bike and a good team next season...or maybe be considered quicker to be a fill-in this season.

Pretty sad in my opinion that a guy that floats around the top 10 in our premier 450 supercross class doesn’t have a ride.

San Diego was an eye opener. They show the riders on the big screen acting like, well, goons. Kind of embarrassing to show world class athletes doing dumb dances and looking foolish in their gear. Just cant picture the OG racers willing to act like a side show circus act. They were bad asses, not clowns. When I went to see Mike Tyson fight he came out pissed ready to fight. No overalls and cowboy hat singing a dumb country song. I guess to sell seats they have to exploit the talent. Too bad its gone this way.
