Every year we are like “deepest field ever!”
but if you told me only 3 people won this year, I wouldn’t be suprised at all..
what is the least amount of winners we ever had?
gotta be either the MC or RC JS CR days..
2? I’m gonna go out on a limb here n say when Jeremy won all but 1 race in the entire season, am I wrong? James also won the same amount of races the year he went 14 wins
2001 only RC and McGrath won.
1975; 1 winner
2, MC and Emig.... That would have been the first year with only 2 race winners?

How many will we get this year?
For the last years we always had 5 race winners but this year it's gonna be 4 I think. Anderson and Webb will join Tomac and Sexton.
That was 4 races long... Tomac has win streaks with more consecutive races..
There's only been 1 season with more than 5 winners since the modern era started.

I said this in our post-race show, but I do not see us getting five (unless there are injuries).
Four is most likely and, heck, I'm open to having a conversation about there being just three.
You know what? I wouldn't laugh you out of the room if you said that #1 and #23 will win out.
Well, who do we think we're talking about...?
1, 23, 21, 2, 94...?
This. 1996, Jeremy won all but one race, which was snagged by Emig.
I had Malcolm in that same category of potential winners. That cat was on fire at A1!
Emig won St Louis. There were also many racers injured that night in both classes. Not a good night especially in the days when you didn't get X rays until you went to the hospital.
True, but we're not talking about win streaks.
If you wanna argue that it's not the same because it was a much shorter season, that's fine, but I still think it's a little unfair that Jimmy Ellis is completely overlooked on this topic.
Nice list!
More winners always makes a more exciting season.
IMO 1 winner would become boring
That’s my guess
Before the season I had Kenny getting a couple wins.. but not I’m not so sure, I really hope he does but Eli and Chase are just on another level at the moment.
If you're counting SX & MX it would be 1996: Only 4 winners all year: McGrath Emig, Albertyn & LaRocco
