Besides that one thing he rode phenomenal last night. On the last lap his aggressive pass on JL was well executed. Especially, how he tripled out of the small triple before the big one which allowed him to make the pass. Then he did a good job keeping JL from cutting down low before the first set of whoops. What really impressed me is how JL took him high in the berm and he just blasted out of it leading into the final set of whoops gapping JL. He executed everything perfectly on the final lap in a high pressure...

DF is a good Rider and fast. But he must not realize that he could have won without doing that. But now he is gonna be hated.. I kinda feel for him but it's his own fault. Very unique situation to win the race and still get hated on.

It's hard to judge the impact from the keyboard, but I too was a little surprised by the knock out. Being a TBI sufferer myself I hope it doesn't leave lasting effects.

1/19/2020 3:50pm It was pretty bad and it went on for a while. Worse than RC or Reed ever got. Felt bad for Dylan, people forget how much money is on the line. I’m sure a lot of people would do worse for far less.

1/19/2020 3:48pm Weird, Roczen was insane through the whoops during his heat. Soon as the main started he was no longer that person. Bike looked complete opposite and he did not look comfortable through them. His pit board must’ve said, “keep points race tight, it’s Tomac’s turn tonight”... Welcome to the WWE

I don’t think there’s any other answer to this question except Stewart is there? Not on the AMA side anyway. Carmichael only did one race at 16. Same with Villopoto. Most top guys seem to turn pro full time at 17. Just the way the calendar falls. Stewart turned 16 two months before A1 and won his 2nd race.

Yeah! 100% nowhere near any of the names I mentioned above. Read the title of the thread again. Jett hasn’t even hit the podium yet. Seriously! Where in the hell do you idiots come from???? JS7 walked away from EVERYONE on the track in his 2nd race at just barely 16. RC won 7 out of 8 rounds at age 16. So no, Jett isn’t in that league.

James Stewart had just turned 16 prior to his first Supercross season starting. I believe his birthday is in December. ALSO...forgetting Davi Millsaps who had to sit out a round because he was too young to even race the opener of the East Coast. Millsaps didn't get a win that year in Supercross probably because he was racing against the other phenom at the time; James Stewart. Millsaps did did score a 2nd place at Daytona (his 3rd Supercross ever) that year. He wasn't leading, but he was able to finish. I'm not discrediting Jett. I think the kid is...

James Stewart at 16 was clearly head and shoulders above the competition. He lost the title to Preston because of crashes but was much faster, and then he waxed everyone outdoors. He turned 17 in December after the outdoor season.

Yep, just think he’s adapting to the Vital culture. Been to his podcast show. Great time and he puts a lot of effort into it. Spoke with him afterwards and Ping is a class act. Didn’t see anything unusual about the thread. Just a typical “going off the rails”. I think he is a great addition to Vital.
