I don’t think one race of him staying off the ground is enough to say he’ll be a force on 450’s.

Same for Webb and AC. They battled on 250s. Webb moved up way before AC did. And Webb is now already a 2x 450 SX champion. AC hasn’t really done anything. Some flashes of speed. But can’t stay healthy at all.

AC is 26? Wow. Gotta feel for Forkner. Few years ago he gave the 250 SX title to rookie Sexton. Sexton now knocking on the door of top dog for HRC 450 and very well positioned to be the next man of the sport, while AF is yet to complete a regional 250 SX series.

I’m so glad we’re moving east so we don’t have to hear people complain about CC being faster than the rest of his injury depleted class this year.

I dislike most of the bs that mxgp does, but I do think there should be a more stringent set of rules for classes. Maybe an age limit like they have. J Mart straight up quit a season so he didn’t have to move up.

Ricky needs to slow down and at least try to enunciate. Anything with more than 2 syllables and it’s just a jumble.

Most people would have quit after his injuries. People here don't understand how much anxiety and trauma responses can wear your body out, so he feels physically burnt out and exhausted, but it's mental. I don't buy the mystery antibiotic related illness stories, but you can. The dude took a huge injury that took a year to recover from, then his trainer was paralyzed riding with him; it's no surprise he's drained from competition on a dirt bike, it's exhausting given the trauma and anxiety he probably has around riding and racing. Why do you think the dude avoids any...

I have nothing but respect for Roczen. With the severity of his injuries a few years ago I never thought he would get back to the level he once rode at, let alone winning races and being a contender once again. He could hang it up tomorrow (although we wouldn't want that) I'd totally understand his position. Here is hoping for a couple more good years with him around the sport.

the excuses. The insane ability to make it easy for others to pass him. His lack of passion. Statements like "I don't even have to be out here, ya know". I agree with JS7.

Huge Kroc fan but I knew as soon as he had a kid he'd never be the same. At first it was the injuries and not willing to take that extra chance for a while, but now a kid really makes him think twice about his moves. He will always have the talent but that killer instinct is diminished.

I feel like this is a "what could have been" moment... What would 2019 have looked like if he stayed in MX2? Prado is alone in that field, but would Covington be fighting for P2 in MX2 points? I do not see him "fixing" it next year in AMA. There haven't even been flashes of brilliance...
