Hes on arguably the best equipment out there and he can barely scrape inside the top 30 on a 1 lap dash let alone a race. Im sorry but he just doesn’t have the speed, come up with any excuse you want for him, but he is a flop of magnificent proportions. And il eat my hat if he can pick it back up and be a contender next year which i would love to see him do.

If this diagnosis is stopping him putting 1 fast lap in on qualifying then its something a lot more serious than epstein barr. He doesn’t have the speed and thats that plain and simple.

No chance. The dude cannot go from getting 30th to top 5. And you can’t use epstein barr as an excuse in qualifying because all he has to do is put 1 lap together and he cant even make it into the top 25 in that either. The AMA racing series is a very tough and brutal series. It's getting tougher all the time too, because little by little it's becoming an international series. By that, I mean that more and more of the riders lined up in ama are from other countries, and the new faces popping up in ama from other countries aren't just riders or good riders from others countries. Damn just saw his results. Wow not a good look for him or the team with their already terrible results this year. I hope he gets something figured out. Gonna sound like a dick but team needs to cut Bailey and Covington. Moisman is the only kid to put up results and seems like he's finding his speed. Bailey and Covington have been terrible from their debuts and hanging in back of pack even when healthy. Swoll hopefully isn't another Bailey or that will be really sad to watch again for a premier factory team getting 20ths and similar finishes...

Was at Budd's yesterday - felt absolutely gutted for Covington. He was just limping around the track, clearly in survival mode. A terrible look for him and the team alike.

Lets not forget its their money. If TC can't produce the goods, step aside, another young hotshot will. Its harsh, but thats life. Your boss would do the same.

Febvre. Do you watch MXGP series? Its the top brand of the top 5 riders in the 450 class across the pond. 3 of the top 5 are on YZ450s It ain't the bike.

I have always felt like something needs to be done to equal the bikes out , I know they are better riders and i dont doubt that , but you take the better riders and put them in faster better handling bikes , and that's the result you get , it's like 2 separate races and A and a B race on the track at the same time

I think you have it backwards. He does roofing for a living so he can afford to race just like most people, you work to pay for the things you want in life and unfortunately like most of us he cant make a living racing.

Until the riders "sack up" and take control they will never get paid what they are worth. Feld will continue to pocket all the money and everyone outside the top 10 will be broke racers for the most part. Its sad and pushes most privateers out of the sport.

Need a riders union or representation. Personally I would like to see all the privateers get together and not race the SX series. Feld would have to change something as would look stupid to have 8 or 9 guys in each heat race. and no one in the LCQ. NBC's ratings would drop for sure.

Until they bring the price of bikes down, the sport will never grow. Too expensive for anyone who isn’t pulling in serious cash.

You're cool, just got to thinking about how the little guy gets shit on so badly in this gig. On top of all the fees they have to come up with, for all their hard work, they usually get parked out where the factory rigs have the bike wash run- off water cascading down the hillside. They deserve better.......
