Weege is the obvious first choice for play-by-play announcer for supercross and motocross. His knowledge of our sport is encyclopedic and he delivers it on the fly. Daniel is a former racer and he best fits the role of color commentator. Those two in the booth together would be gold.

I love his calls on MX and will be happy he's there. They are trying to make this a wholistic series as Supermotocross. Applying a wholistic approach for announcing would support that. A separatist approach does not do as good a job. Not necessarily saying the same people need to do every race, but get a very tight group and cycle through them in SX and MX as a whole. Put the best team on the field for the entire game.

Paging Kyle Chisholm. I would like to know how much different Ken's bike was than yours for the first couple rounds. Seems people here are saying he's getting a ton more support than you would be. All I'm aware of is Ken trying out a suspension vendor of his choice.

I find it hard to believe Chiz and Roczen are on the same level of bike/support. Perhaps, bit it is hard to believe anyway. Savatgy seems to be doing well with his choice he made.

Savatgy would not be getting the same support that Roczen is if he took the ride

My observations from the night after watching in person: I was excited to see how Vialle would do and he didn’t disappoint. Really great looking/efficient riding style and corner speed. Really only lost time in the whoops which was encouraging. Anstie looked really strong. Great corner speed and impressive in the whoops for the most part. AP was looking pretty spicy before the restart and looked good overall to me before dropping back a bit. Couldn’t believe nobody was switching their line to Tomac’s in the sand. Lap after lap he would pull away. I think Chase made up time...

Yeah but we are used to see Kenny as one of the best in the whoops. Just weird he becomes a jumper.
