Insert the Chavez map from Keefer inc.. it’s super easy to do once the app syncs to the bike you just push the numbers into the chart and push the send button on upper right hand side of screen, at that point its loads to the bikes ECM it’s super easy and takes less then 2 minutes to complete

I love the brembo front brake, while it’s not near as aggressive as my 21 kx I had was, I like the progressive feel of it at the lever. I’m more confident using it in corners and other areas cause I know it’s not gonna just spit me on the ground lol.

My 2024 450x has been great to me so far. Probably put down over 350+ miles on it easily since early December. Been running 25-30 mile trails multiple times a week plus two sets of 100+ miles for a training weekend, then a 75 mile race in New Mexico. Only issue I've had so far was the damaged cartridge internal on my right fork. Though that seemed to be an issue from the factory. The bike is awesome. I have 20 hours on mine. The PC pipe made the biggest difference and a vortex from TD made it even better. No rubber grommet and no holes drilled. I did go back from a 51t to a 50t after the mods. Its surprising how smooth and long 2nd is with the pipe and ignition. The bike does vibrate a good amount. I have had the exhaust side subframe bolts come loose and the seat bolts loosen up. I really cannot complain about this bike. It is my first green one coming from a GG 350...

That’s because only the people with “problems” are in here posting. I can guarantee there are way more people out there having a very positive experience with this bike that just aren’t in here posting about it.

I'm coming from a 23 yz450f and 23 350sxf (which I still own). With 12hrs on this new kx it's definitely not perfect but it's better than my previous bikes, don't stress you made the right call 👍

Those numbers look about right. My bike’s numbers are almost identical to this. Being 6’3” and around 215lbs, I had to install a 6.0 rear spring to achieve this.

The 2024 KX450 layout is a totally new shape and design so the previous 2023 will not fit. Samco sponsors the Kawasaki team so they had the advantage of access to the new 2024 design months before the new bike was even released so they had a huge head start on us

Sorry, I thought you were asking if they were saying the rear shock spring length on the 2024 KX450 was 240 mm and I was trying to clarify what they talking about. I don't own that model, so one of the guys that does will have to confirm the length of the stock spring, but Race Tech is showing their shock springs for the '24 KX450 are 243 mm long. Hope it helps.
