Gotta uncork the motor first.. with aftermarket muffler, baffle mod or full exhaust system I’m running the Chavez with full PC exhaust system it’s definitely an improvement over the stock mapping

Not a thing wrong with the new air box design way better then the older design of the 19-23 trying to get your hand inside to get the bolt aligned to get to filter and cage to tighten down? surely it can be modified to pull more air by pulling the grommet, drilling holes or adding a freeier flowing filter...

That’s why dry fitting anything mechanical is so important before bolting it completely down can I ask who you purchased this from..?

How is this possible? Other then maybe you ordered the wrong year model?? dunno? The new PC 6 exhaust pipe flange is rectangular shaped not round like previous model yrs you also have to turn the pipe at an angle to get it to align properly before seating it to the head took about 10 minutes to install

Upgraded to DT -1 filters it has twice the coverage and sealing area then the janky OEM filter OEM versus DT-1 filter

Good practice to grease the filter lip lightly to prevent dirt/sand intrusion into the motor
