From my view point. He was bumped off the track and had no other option but to cut the corner. Or smash straight into the yellow marker. He couldn't have stopped in time to not cut the corner. He did not accelerate. He panic reved in the air on the dirt mounds on the track edges. Then he did a standard block pass on ferrandis. From ferrandis comments it sounded like he passed bam on the corner b4. Then bam pinned it down the inside of the track, cut the corner and t-boned him. From watching the video bams side...

OMG enough with this stupid claim. The claim never went thru. BUT. I do think this rule has a major flaw. So if someone claims your bike, you HAVE to sell it. No disputing essentially. But if you dispute it and don't want to give up your bike that MAY or MAY NOT have "sEcReT pArTs" in it, you get your results disqualified AND banned from racing for 1 year. That seems like complete BS. I wouldn't want my bike taken from me for the time I've put into it. It would take weeks to rebuild any fully modded race...

Before every interview, I told each person I was interviewing how my interviewed would be structured, that I would be asking direct questions on times, people, and locations...and that I only really wanted to discuss moments they were directly involved in...as I didn't want hearsay on things they really couldn't speak on. While I agree with your assessment of LL and also Ryder’s abilities. I don’t think there’s any choice in the matter. I’d imagine he’s still under contract for his amateur sponsors and I doubt Mitch is prepared to pay him a descent salary until outdoors next year. At least that’s my understanding He looks great and I’m sure his results would get better every race until he’s up in there mixing it up for those 4-7th place spots.
