Heard from a relaible source they are very good. Comment was most older vet guys will love the 4stroke like power but the 2stroke memories will be overflowing.

If it makes "4-stroke like power," I won't like it as much.

Note to manufacturers: those of us who want 2-strokes DO NOT WANT A 4-STROKE! If we did, we'd buy one of the many, many existing iterations of your thumper technology.

Most of the initial impressions say the Map switch gives you both? Smooth or more bark. The way time flies we will know soon!

One of the great things about modern dirt bikes is you tune them to run however you want. If you hate traction, there's a map for that.

Will be interesting to see what the instant response feels like on a 2 st.

All carbs have a slight hesitation that we did not feel until you ride a FI

26 does not make you a Vet rider. This coming from a 60 year old. 40+ makes you a Vet. Wink

I hate it when I line up with 30 year olds that hit the Vet practice.

Carry on!

As long as it CAN run like a 2-stroke, then we're OK.

I remember when 25+ was senior and 30+ was super senior.

That said, that should be an amazing bike!

I would actually love a two stroke I could tune to feel like a 250 four stroke.

Don’t worry gentlemen, she ripsCool

The torque on the 300 is unbelievable. Definitely rivals the 450! As to be expected, it signed off earlier than the 450…but it was on an early ECU tune that will have months of ironing before it hits dealerships. I’m excited to snag one!

I’m stoked moto guys will finally get to experience the engine that offroad guys have raved about for years. There’s just something magical about a 300.

At the Summit? If so I’ll be there too. The new fuel injected 2 strokes are the bikes I’m most excited to ride.

It's pretty wild what 50cc's will do! I've ridden a few 250 2-strokes and they never really did much for me. They made cool noises, but always felt slow...I was smiling ear-to-ear as soon as I twisted the grip on the new 300, just to find that I was still in the non-aggressive map. When I put it in Map 2 and clicked up another gear, I knew I had to have one!

I’m curious to know if the mapping between the SX and XC will be the same, like KTM does with the SX-F and XC-F. I have a deposit on an XC. Quoted October delivery. I can’t wait to get back on a 300!

I'm guessing only differences between sx/xc are gearing/tank/rear wheel/kickstand

Can’t wait to get one of these can’t wait to see the real world reviews. I’ve got a tpi now that I ride moto more than off-road with at the moment. Really curious on what the actual pricing will be I may have to wait until 2024
