I get the general idea behind them....look at the flip side. People parking cars in the lawn, too many people living in one home, letting the appearance of your home go to shit, garbage strewn about, RV's in the driveway/on the street. (I personally hate RVs) Hell, my BIL has a neighbor who painted their house purple with pink trim....WTF. The problem with HOAs, the people who run them are generally power hungry little fuckheads.

Most people, and particularly most vital users, don’t like to hear the phrase “hire a lawyer.” But, considering you own two houses in a neighborhood with a $1,000,000 cost of entry, you should probably take manny’s advice. You stand to lose more than what it will cost you. Protect your property rights.

Legally, how can they make you join when you already owned the properties prior to the HOA existing?

Get an “HOA Assassin” attorney.

Last 15 years? Reed, Chatfield, Anstie, Swaneopol, Townley, Rattray, Pourcel, Searle, Noren, Musquin, Roczen, Tonus, Ferrandis, Lawrence, Kullas, Farres, Vialle, Prado, Guillod, Paturel, Haarup. That doesn't count the dabblers like Desalle, Strijbos, DeDyker, Teillet, Simpson, Cairoli, Gilbert. I've probably missed some but you get the point. Guys like Gajser, Fevre, and Herlings have been loyal and have carried the GP's for a while now, but when they retire the next generation all seem to have eyes on the US. I agree with mxaniac that the GPs need to make some changes if they want to retain the top European talent.

Losing the Coenen brothers would be a pretty big blow to MXGP, imo. At least when top Euro riders were migrating during the early 2010's, the series had a lot of talented young riders coming up through the ranks. But right now, MXGP has a serious aging problem, and in my opinion, not as many MX2 replacement options as they've had in years past.

Musquin Ferrandis Hunter and Jett, Shimoda, Vialle, Prado, Roczen etc demonstrate a compelling reason to come here exists. MXGP needs to get their act together or that will become a feeder series for AMA.

Hopefully they take it nice and easy. Those boys are full send. Nothing to be gained by wadding up in some meaningless sx rounds. I was at Ironman, they were both really impressive. Especially Lucas

This is where you tap out and just say yep, I guess 2+2 = 9, Karl.

Call me crazy, but I’d rather be stoned and oblivious than sober and paralyzingly paranoid. If you think they’re out to get you…they are…

I just want to know how to dress or if I need to cancel plans ,I'm not trying to read atmospheric pressure bro...

You are convoluting two completely different subject matters. Zero people are denying that cloud seeding is a thing, it's the existence of chem trails being disputed. For chemtrails to be a thing, the cover-up would be so massive it would be impossible to keep it quiet. Manufacturers, delivery drivers, ground personnel, pilots, etc... all having to keep quiet about it's existence. I'm not saying definitively that it does or does not occur, but for it to be as wide spread as it's being insinuated here is really reaching and far fetched absent of physical proof.

You’re absolutely right there are vapor trails. But those dissipate and go away pretty quickly, chemtrails don’t they just kind of hang in the sky. Turning blue clear skies to light white haze. They are also sprayed in patterns like other posters have said for more even coverage. You can see it being done. There is lots of legit info about this, government operations going back way before dumb social media stuff. There are even countries that have real laws against doing it in their airspace. Just look into it. Crazy I know.

talk about bullshit vomit...

I'm curious. Can someone please explain what a "chemtrail" is? What's the purpose or goal? Who or what lays/spreads/trails them?

I wouldn't call that a conspiracy theory, those people are just morons.

As close to the trailer parks as possible. That's also where the aliens always show up

I just saw this. We just have a small chemical tank. We just do diversionary chem trails to keep people talking!

1. As always, follow the money. 2. Keep in mind that Rockefeller was the money behind establishing “western medicine”, which brings us back to #1…
