You are not the only one who has brought up Webb's "mysterious inside gate pick" so lets clear that up right now. Webb finished 6th in Heat 1...results....94-16-3-46-7-1.....Heat 2....9-10-4-51-21-27...Heat 1 was quicker so Webb got gate choice 11 and Mookie got pick 12.....there are 11 gates on each side of the doghouse = 22 man main....starting from the doghouse and working toward the inside they lined up like this 10-21-94-27-1-9-3-7-46-51-16.....everyone that qualified ahead of Webb selected an inside gate when it was their turn, only Baggett did not, he took the first gate on the outside of the doghouse leaving...

A repeat of 2019, perhaps. Kenny needs to mentally take it to the next level and prove it with results. Webb is his nemesis. Kenny years back tries to send a message to him and gets him arm grinded. Last year Webb owned him and shoots him down over the finish line. He just did it again two weeks ago with a last lap pass. I think Kenny has uber talent over Webb but Cooper is such a racer. Great rivalry. Let's watch and enjoy.

Yep. Barcia is responsible for his race, not Tomac's chances to make up ground on others. He battled Tomac hard but did nothing even close to over the line. I don't know what Roczen was upset about because it wasn't shown, but these guys aren't paid to go out there and roll over and just slot into orderly position.

Yea, they got lucky that they are much more skilled than Tomac at a very important part of racing.

This focus on whoops is odd. If Webb is capable of winning everywhere else but the whoops, that means he is probably faster on other parts of the track. We aren't talking about where any body else is lucky. When they smooth out the corners, that is probably anti-Webb. I mean changes occur throughout the whole track, not just in the whoops.

Without even going into how stacked the 450s are this season and the fact Webb has the #1 plate, NOBODY gets on the podium in this sport by luck. Much less a win.

I tend to think luck has nothing to do with it considering Tomac's starts are historically quite bad

I'd rather have Webb unfiltered any day. His finger gun towards Roczen was funny. The comment about AC was accurate. These sorts of things have a way of coming back to bite you if you're not paying attention so ultimately Webb will pay the price if those guys get the opportunity and want to take it. JLaw was one of the best personalities for our sport but unfortunately his existence was cut short in the pro's because of his off the track crap. Webb seems to have a bit of JLaw's personality in him along with the ability to keep...
