I've always loved the motocross community because as a kid going to the races, we all had fun. I remember riding our bmx bikes on the track before the races started. To be sure, there were some competitive moments, and at times we all let our tempers get the best of us. But in the end, it worked itself out. As an American and Californian, I know more people who have died from drug overdoses, heart disease, cancer and automobile accidents then death from Motocross. The whole concept, that other people are somehow responsible for your stupid, individual decisions, is absurd, redundant and removed all individual responsibility. How about instead of trying to figure out how to prevent kids from killing themselves on dirt bikes, which is far less likely than to die from anyone of the things I listed above, you put the focus back on the proper technique and training. The gun law thing is just stupid AF...
