Yeah, it's just a way for the super rich to make public land inaccessible and treat it like it's their own. Govt isn't great but public ownership of all this land is guaranteed better than the big corps and billionaires owning it.

Oh, my apologies for not knowing that was your point all along. I thought your point was we already can't ride on those lands, but then you ignored me when I gave specific examples of riding on that land. So what is your solution? Just say "fuck it" and sit back while they sell it off so then we can be locked out?

If it stays public, policy and use can change. If it's sold, it's gone forever. Not sure how anybody who likes to do things outside can be in favor of this. Less area for public use, the same amount of people who want to use public land will be using what is left, and that will just cause a whole bigger set of issues. If you feel the "greenies" want to keep you from using the land we have, what do you think will happen if we all have less land to share?

So your stance is that rather than having to deal with some environmental issues to keep riding our dirt bikes on the land, we'd be better off selling it to billionaires so we can just be permanently locked out? Doesn't make sense to me, but to each their own.

Greenies as you call them don’t want to sell off the land in Utah I can say that much. It contains some of our best natural landscapes and recreation for all types.

Yeah man, I've done like 6 desert races this year on BLM land. Just got done doing about 150 miles of trails this weekend on Forest Service land too. But hey..... you keep preaching that doom and gloom so that you can continue to blindly follow your political team and not ever have to think for yourself. Come back and let us know how much access you have to that land when the politicians that you worship sell it off to their billionaire buddies.....

All, I posted this in the off-road section, but I know some of you fellow moto guys are hunters, hikers, or mountain bikers. If you love trail riding, mountain biking, hunting, hiking, or just spending time in the woods, the recent Big Beautiful Bill involves the potential for 3 million acres of public land to be put up for sale. Where do you live? I live in Washougal, fuel and food are certainly not down! Fuel is 4.59 a gallon and food is higher than 6 months ago?

Sooo was going to go to the Thunder valley National and its pretty damn expensive to sit in the dirt for a day and attend the pits. Adult GA 74$ w/o pit pass, with the pit pass its 108$ per person..... I paid less to go to the Denver Sx lol... 34$ and we got the suite level with the carpet...(Entered pits with a monster can)... which was a whopping 40$ total for supercross...I cant seem to justify spending double to be wayy less comfortable, other than its Hardcore lol. Also add in the family (Total of 4) and it...
