11/7/2024 3:02pm I've ridden mine all summer. Hare scrambles, motocross, and a lot of trail riding. Love the bike, but I've had trouble with stalling it, once off a jump face and planted myself pretty hard. No issues riding my son's 24 YZ250F. Turned up the idle but still does it.

10/30/2023 9:03pm What bike are you running? We've had great luck with FC and Hondas. Definitely on plusher side but my son still likes to go big and never complains about bottoming too hard.

I thought I would see how a dad defines "holds his own..." Holy crap, a top five moto and sitting in fifth after 2 motos in s/mini1 is definitely holding his own. Congratulations to you and your son and finish the week strong (and safe). I will be cheering for him from the comfort of my home office. Judging from his history (at the ranch), it looks like your son has been holding his own for a few years.

If everyone had that attitude, the gates would be a lot emptier. A lot of people can wrangle it if it runs long, but a lot of people can't, and "don't show up then" is a pretty shitty thought process.
