I was told the same two weeks ago. Rep says any day.
Didn't quite make that 1st part of the homologation rule did they?
I was thinking the same thing. It's gotta be cutting it close either way
What happens if triumph doesn’t get enough units out to the dealers in time? Does the AMA have the nads to do anything?take away the riders current points? Don’t see that happening..

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
200 bikes on dealer floors AND sufficient parts supply available to repair those 200 bikes. I mean they are already in violation of the rule as none of that happened by March 1st, but we are two days away from it being April and not one dealer has one for sale that I have seen, and not any privateers racing one.
They need 200 units by March 1st. I don't know if that's strictly in the US, but some have showed up in Canada.
They didn't get enough units out in time. March 1st passed 29 days ago.
In country or on dealer floors?
Strictly in the U.S.
On dealer floors available for purchase.
My guess is they would get a hefty fine.
I doubt anything would be done. AMA gonna AMA....
This is the AMA we're talking about, they won't do anything
DQ all Triumph riders from previous rounds for manufacture violations is the only option to enforce the rulebook.
Ok, stop laughing...
From the 2024 Rulebook:
How many Triumph dealers are there in the USA?
e. Minimum quantities that must be available through U.S. dealers: All Manufacturers - 400 units per model.
f. Importation quantity deadlines:
1. Minimum 200 units by March 1st of the current season.
Well, it's gonna come down to the AMA's interpretation of those clauses and where the bikes were actually located on 3/1/2024.
Look at section 2.2.1 d - it gives the AMA the ability to make a decision on whats best interest for the sport.
So .........
Pit Row
I saw one on the dealers floor Thursday in Minnesota. It is a nice looking bike in person.

I’m genuinely curious, not a bash on triumph at all .its just an interesting situation.maybe Ducati,Fantic,Tm are watching/thinking we should have guys on the line also.seems MXGP doesn’t have this rule?
