That ceiling rakes in a lot of money as it is - a lot - and I expect "selling out" wouldn't pay the same. They've got an image to keep up . . . again, like it or not. It'll only really backfire if Monster and Yamaha (or other factories) decide they don't like it and kick him to the curb. Seems like there's zero chance of that happening.

I agree with this, the series got what they wanted. His takeout and attempts were no where near friese or barcia, or even zacho vs joey level. I’m also bummed he won’t be going, if he does go, i’ll know that he try his best to do as good as he can, 100% or not.

i'll take deegs 110% and i'm a jcoop fan. i think RJ over sexton is a upgrade at the moment and tomac will always give it his best. and deegs needs to get back in good graces with public....so he will ride crazy good like he always does when it gets like this. I'm not worried about his collar bone injury. many have ridden after being bolted. tomac, deegan, rj is a damn solid team geezus haters need to take their bi-polar pills and take a seat

All I know is Deegan feeds off the haters and he has never had this much fuel. Should be a good time.

In a perfect world, JCoop should fill in for Sexton before RJ. RJ is still a solid replacement, and JCoop can replace any of the three if need be. Sucks for him, but in this situation, he is the perfect backup rider for the team.

If Deegan is will to go with just having surgery, he is on a mission and will give his best and thats what we need to win.

I'd love to see Jcoop go, but you kind of have to send Deegan. If you keep personal opinions out, an dlook objectively, he is the best 250 rider, hands down. And if he can perform, he's the best bet.

Think about this moto fans. Do Feld and MXSports the series promoters selling tickets want people talking about all the shows excitement and chaos or having bored viewers??? Also Do not forget the viewer numbers that NBC is seeing are really high and not making them think about canceling the series. Like it or not but Deegan’s bad boy persona is putting butts in the seats loving it or hating it and same for viewers on television just like his dad did with X Games in his prime.
