As a guy who bleeds green, I am partial to Kawasaki riders. I'm a fan of many riders not on Kawasaki for the past several years in the 450 class, as its been very disappointing for years now. I've tried to root for Ando on a consistent basis but had to give that up pretty much 2 seasons ago. I would see his side when he had the big issues with Barcia. Tried to see his side when he had issues with the Lawrence bros. But I've given up on Ando and Kawasakis effort (Lack of effort!!) in the 450...

Cute....but a miss on all points. There is a reason they're running the race at noon in that city and you know it.

Detroit is way nicer than people think, especially the area around the stadium. You have to go far out to the outskirts of the city and into some of the neighboring cities to get to the sketchier areas. My wife if from there and I’ve been plenty of times. It’s actually a pretty fun city with a lot to see and do.

Before this thread gets thrown into the dumbgeon, I'll chime in my 2 cents... 1. Different eras, can't compare the competition nor where the sport was and is now 2. MC ushered in a new style never seen before. The current era has everyone riding the same, just some better than others 3. Jett never said he was going to beat 72 wins, nor that he wanted to. He said it would be cool to beat it, but some choose not to acknowledge that 4. Jett is in his second season. Let's have this conversation once he's retired

He is awkward. Kind of like he doesn’t know who he wants to be. He wins and he’s all bravado He loses and he tucks his tail. Tough to go back and forth like that. He needs to find himself. Years of being in front of the camera let him pretend to be someone. It was very curated.

I agree, JuJu definitely had a bad night but seems to be the best in the law of averages which is why he still has the red plate. I think he will stretch out his lead some more judging how this season has gone and his starts will help with the East West Shootouts. Of course, as we saw with Jett, anything can happen. Davies rocks though. Kid has killer speed, killer mustache and his interviews are pretty golden too haha.
