Deegan’s biggest problem is that he is not well socialised.

This is what is strange to me - the kid has literally grown up in front of a camera like a child actor.  You’d think he’d have it wired - every interview looks like a struggle and seems hard to make eye contact.

He is awkward. Kind of like he doesn’t know who he wants to be.

He wins and he’s all bravado

He loses and he tucks his tail. Tough to go back and forth like that. He needs to find himself. Years of being in front of the camera let him pretend to be someone. It was very curated.

That's ridiculous. So if he was going to race the East Coast why couldn't he have done the MXdN?

Exactly- the whole MXDN thing really changed my view of their program.

Always looked for 4 things , 1 must stand correctly, 2 listen to there parent, 3 parent listens to me. 4 smile when they ride. Every one of the 30 has gone pro but Dazza was my best student along with the family team.

I reckon Matthes should do a pod with you. Or Darkside on here, he would probably ask better questions.

To me the not making eye contact is a flag to say somethings up

Davies is riding amazing. I still think Deegan is riding in safe mode the last 2 rounds (well within his comfort zone) and happy to finish on the podium. how many points out is Deegan right now? 3? Safe mode strategy is working

I didn’t see Deegan as holding back when he got behind Davies and couldn’t catch him.  I saw him trying as hard as he could and had nothing for Davies.

I saw a YouTube comment that he couldn't pass him because of the track design 😂 😂 😂

No worries Deegs says he's only racing at 75% because all the fastest guys are out East

According to RC on Title 24, Brian told him the reason for Haiden's shortfalls this season is because they came in under-prepared; planning on racing the east coast. I sense some back peddling after the early cockiness...

I hope this humbles Haiden. He's fun to watch but not much of a role model for the younger kids.

That's ridiculous. So if he was going to race the East Coast why couldn't he have done the MXdN?

More proof that the "reasons" they gave for him missing MXDN were just a bunch of BS. He didn't want to get his ass beat on the world stage

Between ClaimGate and MXDM it’s really hard to believe anything that comes out of that camp.   Sad because I used to be fan…

Well fanboys, 6 downvotes for my original post (quoted) and in the first 250 west round after the break, Deegan twists the throttle and came from crash to 1st in race one, came from last to first in race two, and came from midpack to 2nd in race 3

Do you think they'll protest coty schock for walking his factory star?

So you're saying he needs to work on his starts?

Maybe upping the addy dose will help the reaction time

Running a big bore probably.

Deegan looks like the only guy out there racing with the intent of winning right now. I know Beaumer was dealing with an injury and Davies went down in the first moto, but there's a difference in grit out there when it really comes down to it. I mean Mosiman was practically pulling over for people whenever he got pressured lol

Last to first how many times?

Riding with Deegan is helping Davies and Mosiman. Deegan knows what he’s up against

Davies might help Deegan win. Davies can beat Deegans closest competition…
