I can’t believe how many replays of crashes and first turns we got while listening to the crowd cheering as the race goes on somewhere off screen...unreal this time... It’s not interesting watching someone pick up their bike and push a button to start it while we miss passes for the lead... First lap is the most action and we never see it #rantover

Jerry Robin has about 15 hours on a full stock clutch setup in SX on his practice bike right now. I put Hinson springs in and that’s all. Changed the plates yesterday and they were starting to go but not horrible. Bike just has exhaust, custom mapped Vortex and VP pro 6 though.

I would have to say Steve himself brings a lot of the value. It would be tough to put a value on his brand without him. He is the brand. The fantasy may be a little different. The whole group of guys really put in a lot of work and make it what it is. Pulp isn't pulp without Steve or a basset hound howling in the background of each show.

So to encapsulate the results for Paris SX: Barcia: 1st with he says a stock motor and chassis on what we call the "blue pig". Savatgy: 2nd running a stock motor with exhaust and suspension bits on the bike we say is too outdated. Friese: 3rd with an off-the-dealer-floor vanilla Honda. And then there are all of us Vital goofballs worrying about whether engine mounts, or ti footpegs, or factory editions will make the difference at the local track.

Settle down Chuck Norris. I'm not sure what you mean by "people like me". You have no idea who I am, other than a couple one liners on a chat board. Hate to break it to people like you, but literally every monthly/yearly service provider does it. XM, Hulu, WWE, MLB, NFL.... So, you might as well accept it as part of the game.

Love him or hate him, Chad has been an icon in the sport. It's too bad we are likely going to only get him on the gate at A1 and then it's farewell. It would be great if he could do the whole season as a farewell tour. It's looking as though the last time I see him live will have been Seattle 2019, which did not end well.
