I saw this more as a dig at the “industry insiders” who said that they think Webb might have a down season after leaving Aldon’s, as opposed to Webb taking a shot at Aldon. I obviously could be wrong, though.

They advertise it as 980yds, but I don’t think it would do that even in a completely open area. I’d guess around half that, on average. If it’s heavily wooded, even less.
