51 and 21 on Zooks. Kind of redefines the meaning of “wrecking crew” doesn’t it.  And I don’t mean in the crashing sense either.  Almost reminds me of the brothers in the movie “Slapshot”. For you younger boys, I recommend you watch that movie to get what I’m referring to.  I’m liking this new Suzuki team. 😉

Soft classifies it as hard to ride though?

Like it can be a bit stiffer and easy to ride. If it went too far the other way it might get harsh... but if anything that says he has more window to come back to what someone might need.

Hard to ride sounds like nasty power delivery, unbalanced suspension setup, or super weird ergo setups.

Kenny's bike might be softer, but it looks pretty conventional and his wrist control might be good but I don't think he's finding traction like he does if it's some lightswitch engine either.

He runs a very "springy" bike that has a ton of movement in the suspension. Others who have commented on it from Chisolm, Nichols, and Anderson have all said you have to be super precise with his setup because of the movement. So when asked, others have said it didn't really help them with their own setup

Is he able to kick start his own bike? Seems like a lot of Vet riders cant ride without e-start?

Can’t and don’t want to are very separate things lol. Good troll though.

Jett, Hunter, Roczen, Deegan, Sexton, Webb, Prado, Cooper, Hampshire, Coenen, AP, Mookie, Anderson, Marchbanks, Savatgy

8th doesn't sound too bad, assuming he's being paid as an 8th place guy and not as a championship contender

With everyone healthy, (yeah right). 8th would be a pretty killer finish for Barcia at this point in his career!

Anyone know what happened at Ducati? Did he not gel with the team, bike or both? Considering he almost died at A1 and all of the other factors, I thought he had a fairly good season. He must have really hated it over there to walk away from really good money (I'm guessing) and to miss the final round of SMX.

He said he didn’t want to test a bike for another year and would rather race something that has a proven setup.

The Roczen effect was strong on Vet riders, even professionals weren't impervious.

Can't blame him for that. I personally think Barcia hung on for as long as he did because of his relationship with Troy Lee. But I think he also saw himself spending another year (maybe his last) on a bike that made him look bad.

That's fair, I don't blame him. He's what, 34? You have to make hay while the sun shines. That Suzuki is probably really good, especially for SX.

Bars look a little rolled back.  He always looked a little more forward on bikes in the past but in the video he looked a little cramped. IMO

cool guy but an undeniable has-been. Him and Ando on the same team is perfect though, they'll 100% find each other in a lot of races and Dustin is gonna have to split the semi interior with a cage or something.

Oh to be a “has-been” who can run top 10, on a development bike, off the back of a potential career ending injury….

if he was only ever barely top 10 material then fair enough, there's no drop off, however, he was a podium guy his first few years in 450, he now isn't and hasn't been for a long time, Ducati or not.

He's never been my favourite,  I didn't think he had a chance in heck at beating pourcel on a 250, and didn't like how he over rode the bike.  Same on the 450....

But he's 35 next year and will probably be a top 10 guy.  That demands some respect.
