Steve also mentioned on review show or pulp that he did not know the live shows were on YouTube and sometimes you say things to a live audience you wouldn't say to broadcast to the whole world and ooops.... and I'm guessing this was the comment he was talking about. So said that thinking he was talking to a much smaller audience.
Yup and his teammate who did plenty of winning said if he had switched brands he wouldn't have retired. Yes it was paradise at Kawi.
I believe it went well for Eli at Star because he is so strong & stable mentally...and that John stays in his own lane. With Mr. Deegan & Mr. Sexton apparently having a large share of influence on their respective sons...that might get really messy really quickly, with Chase probably being the most negatively effected.
For some reason chase has a confidence and presence that I just feel like would look so great paired with Ducati.
His riding style and the way he presents himself just seem to me like that brand would look really great with him.
I think the motorcycle has a little way to go and I know nothing behind the scenes for Chase or the bike but it would look so sick to have him on it in Alpinestars gear

it could happen... in another 2 years 🤣
Eli didn’t train with Star. You never heard anything from his camp. He was trusted to train on his own. At this point as a team would you allow Sexton to train on his own? I like the idea of him leaving Kawi and doing his own thing. Good or bad then there’s nobody to blame but himself.
Is Chase trying to go to KTM old news?
The longer it takes for an announcement the more I think he is going to the GP’s
U.S. contracts usually expire Oct 1st. GP contracts are much later in the year.,
IMO Sexton wants to fight for the title and not go to a team to develop a bike that will take another 1-2 years to be competitive for podium spots. He's 27, he should have 2-3 more good title fighting years, so not ready yet to go to Duc' or Triumph.
In this instance, it seems Sexton has a flair for the dramatic (complete silence until the big reveal).
I’m inclined to agree with this.
LOL, it's not old NEWS, it's not NEWS at all- good or bad. Just speculation with nothing to back it up.
Carry on
Last year Prado’s departure from Kawi was announced October 9th effective October 16. If Sexton leaves I would think we won’t hear for a few more days.
This has nothing to do with a contract expiring
Wouldn’t be so sure about that 😉
PRMX Yam on a Factory bike.
It does for the GP teams…their contracts don’t end on Oct 1st like ours.
Kawasaki GP has resigned Jonas, but Febvre is leaving for Ducati.
Has anything been leaked on Kawi GP replacing Febvre?
Might be a clue.
Pit Row
Jonass will be their sole 450 rider.
They are not signing anybody else?
I guessed they maybe waiting for Sexton..
3 rider team next year.

Do Tell!
And who is going to supply that factory bike? Star? Will star lease a bike to prmx? Seems like a pipe dream to me
Yamaha owns the 450 team.
Wonder if he has tested the bike which really makes him want to move.
A shot in the dark and hoping it’s a better bike for you is crazy. He must really hate that Kawi or is it the team/organisation. Is beyond ridiculous this has happened back to back.
I thought he said when he left honda that he feels he needs to be the top guy on the team . He doesn't want any resources shared with any teammates.
if your perspective was true- it only proves he only needs to grow tf up and gain maturity about honoring commitments and dealing with shit when life doesn't always go the way you want it to. FWIW, I'm pretty sure he's note even cleared to ride yet, let alone having been able to test the new bike and tweak it to get the most out of it before deciding anything. He's certainly not up to full race speed and confidence yet at this point recovering from major knee rebuild.
Jorge's whole fiasco aside (which he has now shown his opinion about himself and Kawi was correct - amazing I know, explains the 4 world titles), Chase blames his knee injury on the bike, it was spluttering at Thunder Valley according to multiple people and nobody would crash like that on purpose either. Is Chase probably hard to deal with? I'm sure he is - most elite level people are a bit weird in any environment, but you cant blame the guy either, how does a factory level team have a spluttering EFI-equipped bike? How does a factory level team need to consult with a 3rd party ECU tuner? How does a factory level team get into a situation with their star rider forcing their hand to let him leave and then they just change nothing and the very next superstar they sign is wanting out after a year too? We know they were both huge contracts and riders are choosing to LEAVE - how is that not the main consideration lol. Chase has ridden out his contract at every prior brand and I believe always had contracts to stay so as much you guys cry "headcase" he always sees out the duration of his contract, until Kawi. Same for Prado - super brand loyal guy until the US Kawi nightmare.
amazing Chase never had your superior insight before riding the bike and signing a 3-year deal intending to ride out his contract like every other time in his career.
