There have been many standout helmet designs over the years. Which one is the most deserving of the title, Most Iconic. I'm tossing in my opinion.
Showtime’s, Pastrana’s and the first Red Bull
That's a hard one. Pretty much any McGrath helmet was killer. Most of the helmets back before energy drinks got ahold of them were way better.
Yeah all of McGraths from the 90’s really just took the cake. Lots of cool ones after but man those were sick.

Hey PRM, every kid in America tried their hand at painting a replica of that helmet in the mid 70’s. Very cool, and that’s from a Hannah fan.

It is funny watching the pros get there freshly painted energy drink helmet each race. Then try to act surprised at the exact same paint job BUT this time with metal flake and their name in a different font.

Not sure if I could find a good picture of it, but DeCoster’s 1980 (not 1989!) ‘Eagle’ helmet was always one of my favorites and was pretty iconic for only being raced that season.
