The new stuff should be available soon, what is everyone looking forward to?
I am hoping for some nice S-M10 colorways. I think Alpinestarts previewed some stuff around Red Bud and Southwick last year.
I feel like any more companies just do “drops” as the kids would say several times a year.
I’m ready for new Alpinestars! Where they at 👀
Like you mentioned, usually Alpinestars starts putting their riders into next years gear around July. Excited to see what they have come up with.
I always loved Thor back in the day but all of their stuff looks fitted and snug like Under Armor. I was reminiscing after finding some old riding pics from 2006 and decided to browse the Thor website. Much to my surprise they still make “normal” fitting gear. I have never seen this stuff on any of their social media, or their paid riders?? I’m going to order a set soon, I look forward to their 2027 lineup

I've been wearing RENEN for a couple of years now.
I really like their stuff, and the fact that it's American made. They just do gear drops throughout the year.
The Renen stuff is very nice.
As a bigger dude, I'm looking forward to the usual black and white stuff since FXR abandoned us and stopped making their good stuff in man size
Thor stuff the last few years just hasn't appealed. I miss their older style.
Can’t say I had considered them before. After a look, they have some gear I really like.
Tld gear all day. I do really hope they come back with some more rat fink era/eyeball stuff.
2027 Fox releases 8/1 and let me tell you guys that we have some new designs that are going to blow your doors off. Lots of inspiration from old catalogues.
I do look forward to what everyone else releases, even though I’m partial to who I work for, I’m a gear nerd as a whole and love to see what wild and mild wearable art all brands release.
Hey man, what size are you?
We got 2 Revo coming in size 40, and Podium/Clutch Pro/Clutch up to size 42 that won't be black/white.
6 kits 40 - 42.
I'm a 42 XXXL. Short-arse but built like a linebacker and I like beer too much.
I've worn ClutchPro and Revo for the last couple years, honestly my favourite kits I've ever worn for comfort and how long they last. Last year was the first time I've looked at all the new stuff and been sad the choices were so limited but same time, I get it that us 'rotund' gents aren't exactly money-spinners for you guys!
A little story about Renen. I've liked their designs for a while, so I ordered some gear. Super cool that they have sizes like 35 which I've never seen anywhere before. The gear showed up fast, and was clearly very well made, with more durable materials than the big brands I've been wearing forever. Everything was great, but the calf area was too tight for my hockey player legs. I emailed them only to see if they had a line with more stretch in that area, and the response was very surprising. They asked that I send them back with my measurements and they'd re-tailor them to fit perfectly.
I did so, and a couple weeks later my modified pants showed up. And they also shipped a second brand new matching pair! For FREE! That's the first time I've ever seen customer service like that. Just amazing. Also, if anyone is thinking of their pants and has big legs, choose the more stretchy pro line and you won't have any issues.
In this time of so many options and gear companies coming and going, I really hope Renen sticks around. Made in USA, superior quality, and customer service that is second to none.

I meant more like this variant.
That is interesting, I really liked the gear, but they were tight in the knee area for me (small waist, medium quads and calves). Maybe I should have asked for the custom tailor!
Look into rdrco gear. They make big guy gear in a lot of colorways.
Pit Row
YES Please!!!
A-Stars has the best colorways since the AXO and Thor gear of the 90s. They're crushing it.
Yup, stuff is a great nod to early 70's Fox team. This came out about 14 years ago. I have a new never used set which my kids gave me as an Xmas gift.
I'd be happy with the '04 Core gear.
I thought the old, custom designed A-Star gear that Barcia used to wear was godawful ugly...but the new stuff worn by Sexton, Tomac & the Lawrences now look awesome. IMO the best looking kits on the track...at least the factory kits are.
I have been waiting since 2014 for this gear to re-release. PLEASE, FOX!
Any update on when it’s dropping? Fox’s socials have been posting its “coming soon” for quite a few weeks now
Looking forward to the new Fox stuff. Been impressed with some of their designs lately. A sleeper at least for me is the new Leatt gear. Seen some in a local dealer and looked/felt really good and the new designs and colorways they have coming look great.
I have some of the launch mode gear myself and it is great. I had some of the pulse line before and the fit was way off. I think that line kind of hurt Thor and shifted many people away from the mid line of gear. I sold a bunch of it, but slowly the repeat customers shifted to buying the Prime, or now Sportmode lines. And have been reluctant to try the midline again. The pulse was sized funny, and either fit amazing or really badly. and it seemed like for most of my customers it was bad. people had to go up a size or 2. And its funny how resistant people were to that. Its just a number put on that happened to be a little off. Thor was recommending going up a size in that old Pulse line after a while. I was surprised that people didn't want to wear it just because they had to get a bigger size to fit them.
But all the issues I saw with the Pulse line were fixed with the Launchmode gear. Mine is the same size as my street clothing and fits like they show it in photos. The Pulse I had was a size bigger and was still not fitting me well. I am a giant though at 6'9" and 320pounds. I love the fit of the Launchmode. I do not have much time riding in mine due to injuries and other issues. But its been nice stuff and the customers who do not like the snug look of the Sportmode that have tried the Launchmode, coming from Pulse. Also love them and think the fit is much improved. Materials allow you to move around better too. So if You hear neggitive feedback about Thor's fit, its most likely from the older line. The Launchmode lineup has been around now since the 2025 launch. They have some new colorways for 2027 and some that carried over. Way more options in the snug style. But still a decent variety in the normal fit . And a couple colorways of vented in that same line.
These are some of the cay over and new 2027 colorways for the Launchmode line.
And these are the tighter fitting line
So far I've only seen new colorways in the SM7 and SM3 helmets in the 2027 releases. I was hoping for some more colorways in the SM10 too. Its my favorite helmet and a favorite of my customers too.
But the upside of no new colorways works out well for me since I also offer wraps for them and I sell more plain black and white models than the fancy painted ones. The solid black Carbon fiber SM10 is so clean and beautiful. I was never a fan of a solid black helmet as is without painting or doing something. But that carbon fiber is just beautiful and clean looking and it changed my mind on solid color helmets.
I'll come back and post if I see any new models show up that I can share.
AOT also have a huge 90s influenced selection
