I’m so confused by the last 2 pages…at Hangtown,, Marchbanks should have checked up to avoid Eli, but last week, Jett crossjumped Deegan? Shouldn’t Deegan have checked up according to the Vital brain trust?

It was wild hearing Haiden take a shot at Jett after the race saying his ankle is no longer an excuse.
Jett beat Deegan by a comfortable margin in both motos yesterday. so why is he trying to shift attention away from him losing over and over to other riders who are clearly faster than he is?
Bum ankle and all, he has Haiden covered. As the ankle heals, I suspect the beatings to get progressively worse.
Progressivlely worse as in he won by more seconds at Thunder Valley and his margin was significantly Less at Highpoint? Or are you using alternative facts? The beating was significantly less

The gap in the first moto was over 20 seconds until Hunter dialed it back. That's +/- what it's been since the first round.
Second moto, Jett was cruising around the majority of the race, and Hunter dialed it down.
The gap didn't shrink as much as people want to believe. The data shows that.
Red bud should be good as I think both riders would probably say it’s one of there best tracks.

Not to mention Jett generally doesn’t let the rider behind him get closer than 3-4 seconds. They can turn it up all they want he will just match them and that seems to be what happened in moto 2 yesterday

Clear as day he settled into second early on.
Even James on the broadcast said it wasn't even close and the first two were gone and are head and shoulders better than everyone else. He also mentioned Jett settled for second.
That's not taking anything away from Deegan. He's riding well and having a great rookie season.

Hobbled? Jet himself said he’s good to go. Jett minions need to stop handicapping their favorite rider. He’s healthy.
Healthy enough to race but he’s said he’s had to change his riding style and said it’s not 100%.
Deegan will definitely beat him in a moto this year, deegs is fast and the sport is too unpredictable to say Jett will beat him every moto.

I think most of his critics just find him to be a douche bag. I can’t stand the guy but if he straight up wins a race, why would I “meltdown?” It’s just fun to poke back at the guy who keeps running his mouth and can’t back it up on the track. Full congratulations to him if he ever wins, it’s not going to bother me in the slightest. At least his comments would actually match the result. Until then, though… He’s still drama boy that gets bested each weekend.
Agreed & agreed….although to be fair, he seems be “smoothing out” the douchiness a bit in interviews.

Yeah because he isn't winning. You can't say "nobody is in my league" or "I'm on another level" when you're not winning.
If he wins Washougal for example he will exactly say this: "It was just a matter of time, it's the Deegan show now, the haters can suck it". Then back to 3rd the next week and it's: "The boys out front are riding solid, good job".
It's as scripted as it can be honestly. He rides great and he will win races in the future but his scripted fake persona is why people dislike him. And the bed bugs don't realise that, they still think everyone doubts his riding. Every thread is full with comments like "you guys know the time will come when he wins a race". Yeah no shit even most of the Deegan haters predicted that before the season lol.
