I'm thinking Kawi wouldn't have anything to sweat if they brought back the claiming rule.

He did say the bike has a lot of weight on the front end.

Goddamn it, kick a guy when he's down. What a kick in the nuts for Chase and the team.

Everyone has motor issues, but that is the worst luck. Absolutely gutted for Chase.

Jett's bike wouldn't dare break on him.

Why does everyone forget that after the dust settled... Prado said it was never the bike... he said he was pissed because they hired chase early in the sx season.. so while nearly everyone still thinks George hated the bike... that wasn't the case, per George himself...

It's fairly obvious one of his 'get out of the contract early' clauses was that he was to no longer disparage the bike/team post separation, hence why Jorge has remained remarkably quiet on the matter since leaving - that is despite having MORE than enough ammunition to crow about in retrospect to his decision and original Kawi complaints... (I don't know that but it seems very likely to me). When on the team though he had plenty to say in regards to not feeling safe, not trusting the bike, his health being the most important thing etc. Never heard the Chase thing until now.

Doesn’t get any clearer than that. That wrist is cranked wide open. No response from the bike.If Chase is good Rango has a long night ahead...

If Chase is good Rango has a long night ahead of him.

That thing slapped the steering stops so hard, can’t imagine much is straight or trust worthy for tomorrrow. And considering the engine swap too might as well go ahead and pull a new frame out the cabinet.

No way in hell Chase rides tomorrow. Even if his body was okay. I’ve been wrong before, but I just cannot see it.

I’d love to be a fly on the wall in the Kawasaki rig with Chases dad giving them the want for. Pretty sure it was him that told Honda “your bike is trying to kill my kid.”

Looks to me by the position of his hand, wrist and arm he was in full panic throttle mode yet no sound from the engine.

There's no way he's good. I'd be shocked if he rides tomorrow, but if he does, he definitely isn't good.

Wondering if a contract can be made void by danger of riding said motorcycle? Proof for Chase.

It can certainly be argued. I doubt they are silly enough to take it to court.  If he wants to go,  at this point kawis best option is to let him go.  Or risk more bad PR,  potential legal battles,  and probably a season that wont end well.  Marchbanks is killing it,  higher the best guy they can get and get away from this sh&t show.

One thing about Sexton is how durable he is when crashing. His crash at Ironman on the KTM was huge it reminds me of this crash...

I agree, but the hits add up and the math on this isn’t that great..

Come to think of it whens the last time chase actually got injured? Hes had quite a few huuge ones and hes missed a few races, but when is the last time he broke a bone, tore something…etc? I cant think of anything. For how hard he crashes its crazy.

Some reports say he rode the bike back to the pits after the crash.

I think he fucked up and stalled the bike with the rear brake.

If he does not race tomorrow I certainly won’t question the decision.

Physically Chase has to one of the toughest sobs on the planet. The hits he can take and get back up is unreal.

If only he could be as strong mentally as he is physically, maybe he’d stop hating bikes and realize he’s the problem.

Gotta be the most resilient dude to big crashes.  I don’t know how he walks away from that.  Hope he’s alright

In the "too soon" category, we can also say he's obviously trying to mimic Jett's way of walking.

Dude is as tough as nails. Hope he’s good.

Maybe in a tall gear, tapped back brake and just too late on the clutch?

He was riding so good before that too from the videos I saw. Bummer
