What happens if he beats Jett?  He’ll win more prize money than he has in his entire MX2 and MXGP career combined.

To be fair ,jett is contesting a championship series , hes smart enough to let him go if he doesnt want to take a risk and DNF. So he gets second place ,that still ahead of everyone else hes competing against for the title.

Let me be the first to say, I am so looking forward to seeing how the Coenen brothers do here (MXoN aside, this is different).  As a fan, it will be a real treat.

Let me also be the first to say, I think what they are doing is really dang stupid.  They are both currently winning their respective championships, they have a LOT to lose if something goes wrong, I am almost confused why KTM is letting them do it.  How many times have we read on Vital that we think it is an awful idea when our top riders do the one-off races like Paris in the winter?  How many times have we face-palmed when someone gets hurt in the off season?  And in those scenarios, the races have not even started, for the Coenen's, they are in an active series, and in the lead, they have a lot more to lose.  Maybe they really do have plans to race here next year and this is almost necessary, but what a gamble.

Well...Coenens won't beat Jett and he won't beat Deegs. So his best case scenario is 3rd...and he isn't beating Hunter either...so now he's BCS at 4th. If Sexton is even close to his old self, Coenens is 5th, maybe. Oh yeah...he'll be behid Prado because Prado's bike won't blow up twice..now he's 6th if everything goes his way. And...it won't. . 

So Prado not even in the conversation? I think he will be fired up.

I hope so, on the other hand I hope that last round didn't break him mentally, being out of the championship 2 rounds in gotta be rough when it was pretty much out of his hands and I bet he had high expectations for himself coming in.

If they aren’t in the mix.. well it’s not their usual bikes, first time on the tracks, elevation etc.. it’s a win win..
