i would have benched him if i was the team manager
RV might be able to do some preaching.
Nothing will fix sexton. Too far gone. You have to be open minded as well.
You hear how smart Stewart is when he analyzes these guys. That was probably the best coach sexton could have had and he was stubborn and got rid of him.
If Jett was on that Kawasaki he probably still wins today.
Garrett Marchbanks is riding to his potential.
Fire him and let him flail around until he decides to retire.
that's crazy if the bike really hit Garret. He should've slapped him

Maybe Chase is just trying to get fired like Prado did when he was trying to get out of his contract.
If so, reminds me of the Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan fiasco.
He never really left…
Pretty sure Chase got rid of James because he was paying him and James would have his pops show up to do the coaching
Pretty sure that's because of Chase's talent. The bike may not be awful all the time, but definitely more often than not.
I was wondering what JT meant during the broadcast. He hinted that something transpired in the pits after moto 1.
How many riders have to tell you all the bike sucks before you believe them? Does no one remember Prado just last year?
Getting smoked by a rookie teammate probably didn't help his confidence
Get him steering with the rear in no time.
Make Chase rebuild the bike just once. Never disrespect the equipment, classless behavior.
Townley has been saying for years with Chase its all in his head and his eyes are too low for the speed he goes.
I'm so sick of this "bike is the problem" bullshit. Yes, the bike is important...but never have I seen anyone like Chase or Prado allow a bike to completely fuck their head up. Sorry to be that guy but I'm sure RC, RV, Stew, Jett, Hunter, etc. all these consistent championship guys had issues with their bike but didn't let it mentally fuck them like this. I mean really...the bike cannot be THAT fucking bad. Plus they've thrown everything at it to make Chase/Prado comfortable yet they still allow it to hold them back. FFS Stew was on a 2 STROKE vs 4's & still made it happen.
If this was just happening with Kawi...OK I can understand. But this is every damn brand he's on it seems or else he'd just stick to one that works for him. You wanna be a crybaby bitch & ghost ride your bike like that? I'm out on being a fan. Fuck I have more respect for Deegs talking hella shit but going out to back it up (well, to an extent). BUT you sure as Hell don't see him blaming the bike for him not winning or beating Jett...he just says he's learning and going to get better. I was a big Chase fan for his speed/style but this shit has me just smh anymore.
Hate to day it but if Chase ran a local “A” class race he may decide the bike is pretty awesome.
Those top guys are moving pretty good right now.
The bike was 2/5 of the top five of the most recent moto... Ktm, husky, Suzuki, Ducati. Triumph couldn't even get one in the top five. The bike might not be perfect. But come on. It's obviously not that bad. Sextons first crash was all alone, in a turn pretty much not another person crashed in all day, that was smooth and flat. The second one was going for a pass and then tipping over.
He barely looks like he's trying out there. Unless marchbanks is catching him. Then suddenly, he goes faster...lol
Prados opinion and attitude towards the bike was highly questionable. It almost doesnt count in my opinion.
Sexton is also very questionable. He shows flashes of speed when he wants to. The bike/team can't be that bad. The biggest problem is that he himself doesn't even seem to know what makes him comfortable. He's chasing a ghost setup.
Who's at fault? 3 teams in a row who coincidently have success with other riders after he leaves? Or the rider who's been unhappy with each team?
Marchbanks seems to be doing alright. Maybe it's his attitude that's the difference.
er... he was on the KTM, made not much difference
Pit Row
Stewart literally left JGR because of the bike.
Reed was the same when he left factory Kawi, the bike was shit and they wouldn't help change it.
And there’s Ricky who spanked everyone in 2006 on that piece of shit RMZ 450.
That Yamaha was a worldwide pile of shit and tried to kill Stew a dozen times. This Kawi is doing just fine under Marchbanks and in MXGP. Chase is the issue
Like I said too though, if it was 1 bike then OK I can understand but this is several now and he's still bitching. At some point it becomes the boy who cried wolf. Nobody's should sign him for a multi year deal and he's gonna end up forced to take a deal with a smaller team cus nobody want's to pay someone millions to trash their bike when the main problem is the rider.
I think Mike Craig still trains kids at Perris raceway, maybe he should go there
1000% agree that Sexton is the problem absolutely no doubt, just saying it has happened in the past and gave some recent examples.
Sexton needs to get his shit together and start by fucking his dad off and then get a mental coach and trainer.
Who is Sexton's trainer?
The early RMZ 450s were well liked.
Yep like I said, 1000% this is a Sexton problem, it's every single bike, it's either in his head or its how he's setting the bike up.
Like when he came back from being “banged up” and straight up beat Jett?
Oh that one race ok
Ken Roczen just won a supercross title on a Suzuki with no e start.
I would actually LOVE to see Chase/Kawi split, he goes to Suzuki, then have this same shit happen. I would imagine at that point everyone just rolls their eyes like OK dude whatever. Most wasted potential ever.
