Just do monthly from now until the inevitable Black Friday promo when its a few bucks a month. They still do that, right?

I feel like i get a monthly reminder that one of my streaming services is going up in price. 😒

Hopefully, they’ll use that money to improve the broadcast sound quality. It’s shit! 🤷

Same, I went to cancel my DoorDash last month and they gave me 3 months free lol my lady has DoorDash too, so I was like why the hell am I paying for it as well lol

Wish I could cancel to get a lower rate but my wife has a bunch of hot garbage she watches on it now. Bummer. 

It's endless. Having to pay for each individual streaming platform quickly makes you realize why the bundled cable services were formed in the first place. 

Now there are more commercials on Prime than there was on cable, but now they have an "uninterrupted version" for even more money...WTF

I cancelled mine just now as it was set to renew on June 10. It gave me a $59.99/year offer. I declined and finished the cancellation. Maybe they’ll send me another offer? 

I really hated paying so much to have ads. I didn’t think the ad version would be so bad since we get forced commercial breaks/ads during the live races anyways. But when I try to go back and watch replays of races it is infuriating at the amount of forced commercials you get there. Anytime you fast forward or rewind you’re forced to watch 1-2 min of commercials. 

If they don’t send me a super cheap offer I’ll likely end up giving them MORE money just to get rid of the fucking ads on replays. It will still peave me to have ads during live races, but I’m a nerd and like to rewatch old races. I wish they would just show a live track feed of whatever is happening instead of commercials for ad free subscribers paying $170/year. Regardless having races shown live instead of tape delay is pretty awesome and I would still pay more if it was the only choice. 

I'll have to look into this tonight. I have had xfinity for 9 years now, they could throw me a bone once in awhile. lol 

I got this email last week.  When my current subscription expires, I won’t be paying for Peacock moving forward.  My internet is ripping fast, paid for by my employer, and now includes free SMX.

Maybe they’ll improve the ability to pause and rewind for longer than 10 seconds. Tv app sucks ass. 

When I canceled I got nothing. 
No better offers. Just the $10.99 a month standard price. 

The streaming ploy is driving me crazy, especially with the NBA finals currently. Finals aren't on Peacock, only for the playoffs so I can't watch em because I don't wanna fork over the money for another service. Cable, or some iteration of a combined channel offering, is gonna make a comeback. Get off my lawn!

This is not a problem, in my experience, on AppleTV.

Built in TV apps do suck. An AppleTV box is cheap.

Yea the app works normal on my iPhone. I’ve been debating getting an external device but I’m stubborn and love the simplicity of one thing to do it all. Are you able to turn the tv on and off with the Apple Remote?

Streaming TV sucks for me. People have tried to talk me into cutting the cord as I still have cable, but I love how simple it works, especially the DVR. 

Ex.  when you're watching NFL games on two different channels. You can just hit the back button to go to the different game. Try doing that on a streaming Game. What a PITA! 🤬

When I'm at my lady friend's house.She has roko TV What a pain in the ass it is to use cannot stand it. I would rather pay more for the ease and simplicity of cable.
