In a sport that has such a huge family and kids presence I am not sure if race organizers are going to be super willing to have him around. As big of a boost HEP got from Kenny having someone accused/charged with this is not a good look. But at the end of the day not my call. And he is a 10-15 guy at this point. what does he really bring??

Emig got let go because Kawi didn’t want to be associated with the arrest. I wouldn’t classify him as a “pariah” though. I don’t think even 1% of fans had any ill feelings about him because of it. There wasn’t a single person in the paddock that looked at him like an outcast. He just got busted for shit everyone knew he was doing anyways. I don’t think it tarnished his image or legacy.
It's really not. Thyroid symptoms can come and go pretty quick. Before I had surgery reading about people that had theirs removed and the recovery struggles and people that still have theirs, but its function really isn't there I felt the same way you do thinking their doctor just sucks or its them not making any effort to improve themselves and I got a pretty big eye opener from it. Now I'm not saying everything JA is going through is 100% that, but I don't doubt it could be.
What you don't find it strange? Anyone top guy misses 1wk and the speculations run rampant, which I don't mind. It's all moto talk in the end.
The private side it deserves to be private. I'm more curious of the seemingly orchestrated media silence.
